As we booked through Hotels.com, we were made to feel unwanted, like 2nd rate customers.
We celebrating my wife’s birthday, so took some wine with us to the room whilst getting ready, asked for some wine glasses to be brought up, the front desk wanted to charge us £6 just to have the glasses brought up.
We were only given one towel.
Water in the room was chargeable as we didn’t book through the Hilton Honors.
The whole thing felt like a money grab
