The staff were attentive and helpful, even helping us with our luggage when we checked in past midnight. Thank you! However, the property is need of some TLC and maintenance. Room sizing varies greatly even in the same category of room (a group of us stayed with 3 separate bookings so we know), the phones never worked even to speak to reception (even when we called from our mobiles no one ever answered over 2 days) and the hotel is like a warren with rooms on the same floor spread out across various corridors and up and down stairs making it difficult to navigate and move luggage around. Parking on site was helpful though £10 a night feels an excessive fee. When checking in an unsavoury duo walked into the hotel (after midnight) armed with alcohol and a hostile attitude - they were not staying at the hotel. Staff dealt with it well but I can’t help wondering why anyone can just walk into the hotel at anytime.

Great hotel, very central clean rooms comfortable bit slow on checking but apart from that, it’s great we’ve stayed here twice so far and hopefully we’ll be staying some more very quiet hotel

Great room with in-room coffee service and tea kettle. I wish I had tried the breakfast because I read wonderful reviews but I was pretty jet-lagged after traveling to England from the States so I ended up sleeping in late for the first two days of my visit and then had to grab an early flight to the airport on my last day! : )

Excellent one night stay. Lovely clean hotel and massive rooms!! Really nice and quiet. Nice breakfast, nothing to complain about. The leisure club is a little tired and doesn't match the rest of the hotel. The gym is good enough, but the machines are very old, and the pool/steam room area could definitely do with an uplift. I would 100% stay here again though!! Really enjoyed it.

This was our 4th stay at the hotel and is our go to place when we come to the area but something today left me with a bad taste after calling the hotel to confirm we were at the airport and my wife had left her phone behind at the hotel with her boarding pass on it, 5hey found the phone and I asked if there was anyway someone could bring it to the airport and I was happy to pay, prob 5 or 6 miles, the answer I got was no, I understand it was asking a lot but I believe in going the extra mile in my job but I guess I am in a minority there, very disappointing to just get a flat no

Staff very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The rest was standard UK hotel really: lots of random stains on floor, shower hose leaking badly, breakfast not good probably too long under hot lamps. VERY EXPENSIVE PARKING!

We had a great two night stay at the hotel. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming and our room faultless, a really great space to work and relax. We used the health club facilities on the Friday night and the supervisor was excellent; very welcoming and helpful. The facilities were a little dated and tired in places but we enjoyed the use of them. Overall a good experience.
