The breakfast is top notch! Will stay again just for the buffet.

It was clean & quiet

The carpet in the room was dirty, had to ask housekeeping to vacuum on arrival. No daily housekeeping

You had no hot water. We cancel when we got there. We were inform no hot water had to look for other hotel. We were stranded with no room

Bed was þo hard . No housekeeper came by and clean the rooms . Curtains was broken .

Its was ok lil issues need to be done.like housekeeper bed need to comfortable

I didn’t have hot water

We were there for five days at which time the hotel had been without hot water for 10 days. This is totally unacceptable. I complain to Orbitz and I complain to Marriott with no satisfaction. My only choice was to try to find a different hotel in downtown Fort Worth. At which time there was a conference going on at the convention center.

No hot water, but they refunded us our money

There was no hot running water. The staff were friendly, place was clean but no consistent hot running water during my stay.

We had no hot water the whole time we were there. The breakfast buffet was inadequate & there was almost nothing there our 2nd day. The waffle maker was removed the 2nd day. We had a broken refrigerator & we had to find a YouTube video to show the guy how to fix it. It took over an hour. The good part is it’s extremely close to the convention center. Normally, this hotel would be well under $100/night but it was $200/night because of the event at the convention center that weekend.

No hot water for days ,,, no roof top bar was never opened.

No hot water the entire stay (2 nights) lots of stains on carpet in suite.

I tried checking in early. They said they didn’t have availability but forgot to mention that they didn’t have hot water in all rooms. First night showered with warm water.

For the price, it was fine-we are locals and we just needed a place closer to the wedding venue to change in and out of. There was no hot water but they gave us free points for a future trip. The internet & TV was slow and laggy. But the room was decent, the bed was clean and comfortable.

Great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast needs some work for the price you pay. No hot water during my trip staff comp’d my parking to make up for it.

For the price i expected more. The staff was amazing, but the pillows are so tiny they dont even lay across the bed. Blanket was so thin. Ac wouldnt keep cold. The shower hardly had hot water. Will not stay again. Again, staff was its only saving grace.

Great team, rooms could use some updating and repair, but overall pretty comfortable. Housekeeping staff could use to be a little more vigilant about details, we asked for clean towels in the morning, and we didn't have any towels by the time we returned from our convention. Being right across the street from the convention center was a great location choice for us.
