Everything was awesome!

I like that there were several restaurants near the property.

The front desk staff and the breakfast coordinator were beyond my expectations. I was promptly greeted and professionally handled. How we ver as i entered the room the wall had spillage. I had to beg for someone to please clean the room at day 3 of my stay. The bathtub was never clean and the list goes on and on. Because of the other experiences i may give them another chance. Hint to the wise FOLLOW UP ON YOUR HOUSE KEEPERS. THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB

We arrived, check in was friendly. Arrived at our room to find it had not been cleaned well. Good on the carpet, human hair on the tile floor at the entrance and worse in the bathroom. The tub was very dirty and the toilet was not connected to the floor! We had an appointment so I asked the check-in clerk if they could clean our room before we returned that evening. We assumed the best. Arrived back late and the room had not been cleaned. Besides the fact that it looked like under age kids were cleaning the rooms, we were very disgusted with the state of our room. Have picture if anyone wants to see them.

Clean room

We reserved 2 rooms. In one of the rooms, there was urine in the ice bucket. We took it to the front desk. The clerk was mortified, but we were not offered any compensation for that awful encounter. Also, the shower was broken in this room. In both rooms, they were not very clean at all. After we checked in and got in the elevator, there was egg in the floor. When we checked out the next morning, the egg was still in the elevator. We did not eat breakfast after seeing all of the uncleanliness.

Ni e stuff

Room had mildew smell, leaving ceiling, claw marks on headboard and broken lamps. Spoke with property owner wouldn’t provide refund for room

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Parking was a challenge at times but overall, a great experience.

The property was clean, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. It is not a resort, but a hotel with a lot of transient personnel and limited parking so if you're going to park, get back in early to get a space. Great dining options close by, like within walking distance or short drives. Outside of that, it was a good stay for the few days I was there for my conference.

Everything was great

Booked a room with two queen beds. When we got there, we were told they only had a king bed and a pullout couch. We cancelled the reservation on the spot. Hotel clerk was great and put through the cancellation. They should work better with their travel partners such as Expedia to ensure availability of rooms.

Would stay at this location again.

Very nice and clean

This location needs an upgrade!!! The sink would back up and the cleaning wasn’t good!!!!!

Bed was comfy and the food wasn’t able to try it but I assume it was good
