Friendly staff. Near to Train Station.

Amir the concierge provided excellent service and advice. He is an asset to Ibis and I would stay at Ibis Olympic Park again because he went out of his way to make sure our stay in Sydney went well.

Good value for money hotel. Good variety of eating options in precinct.

The room was clean and tidy. No towels, spoke to receptionist- had clean towels within 10 minutes.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. No soap in shower or sink. Only one electrical outlet in inconvenient spot. Overall they were friendly but really just average hotel. Location is what you get.

Room was clean,check-in was average,a smile would be nice to be grated with.

Aula on tilava ja uudehko, mutta valitettavasti huoneet ovat nähneet parhaat päivänsä. Kerroshissit ovat todella hitaat. Suihkussa veden lämpötilan säätö kahdella eri säätimellä.

room was clean and decent size. staff was friendly.

Pas de nettoyage, des insectes dans la chambre, chambre jamais faite, pas propre et très petit. Pas pratique. Literie très mauvaise, matelas ne fait même pas tout le lit individuel et fait beaucoup de bruit.

Good budget option. Not the fanciest amenities but great for a night stay after a concert.

Staff very helpful, including restaurant at breakfast and at check in and check out. Also appreciated the EV chargers.

Great location and the little extras like zooper doopers etc were a hit with my son.

There was a miscommunication about check out time- we received 11am but got a knock asking us to leave at 10am. It was frustrating . Location was excellent to train station, restaurants and events though!
