Hotel histórico próximo ao centro histórico , por dentro tudo moderno, quarto confortável. Tem estacionamento próprio disponível pago (14E) , com vagas de estacionamento fora bastante disponíveis. Limpeza excelente. O café da manhã pode melhorar nas opções.

insufficient air conditioning, my room was no lower than 75f despite 2 AC units in the room. If not fir the heat everything was great. they charge €1.50 for coffee in the lobby...kind of a cheap move, most hotels give it away for free. The vreakfast was typicsl. Too much for basically bread and fruit. Everyone does this so you cant really blame them.

Hotel bello, ben arredato, mobili di pregio, molto curato enpulito. Giudizio complessivo molto buono. Però, personale alla reception troppo timoroso e troppo inesperto. Serve un po' più di formazione per i giovanissimi. Poi, un quattro stelle.senza il bidet nel bagno è come una giornata senza sole e senza luce. Inaccettabile

Me parece insultante que con la habitación ya pagada y sin poner nada en el minibar te pidan una tarjeta de crédito como garantía. GARANTIA DE QUE? ACASO PENSAIS QUE LOS CLIENTES SE VAN A ROBAR LOS TELEVISORES DE LA HABITACION???

Nous avions une chambre donnant sur une cour intérieur, et c'était très bien, aucun bruit malgré la proximité de l'ascenseur (isolation parfaite). Personnels très agréables et disponibles. Très bon petit déjeuné. Le parking est un peu étroit

The property location is excellent, close to everything you want to see In Granada. The staff is very helpful. Easy parking if you call ahead. As the hotel is in tge heart of the old town getting there is through very narrow streets full of pedestrians

Worst experience in Madrid
