Buena habitación y excelente ubicación. Sl lado de la estación de bus, pero en la puerta de la ciudad vieja.

A fantastic location within walking distance if bus ride to the top of the old city. The hotel is lovely- our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We booked parking, breakfast was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and we had a great view of the lit Alcazar at night.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was rude and therefore the hotel lost an star. Don't dare ask her anything, she will make you feel stupid. She should keep in mind that foreigners not always know how things work in Spain. The parking lot is very tight, so don't book if you have a bif car. I loved the abundant hot water.

El problema fue generalizado en cuanto a servicio y atención. Nos atendieron mal hasta el punto de decirnos dos personas diferentes que "si no le gusta no vuelva". El check in sin ayuda con las maletas. La habitación olía mal. No hicieron la habitación. Tuvimos que ir nosotros a cambiar toallas. Solo dejan una botella de agua por estancia, y todo ello con una PÉSIMA atención. A este hotel le sobran tres estrellas.

Quarto muito confortável. Localização excelente. Fácil estacionamento público.

Hotel histórico próximo ao centro histórico , por dentro tudo moderno, quarto confortável. Tem estacionamento próprio disponível pago (14E) , com vagas de estacionamento fora bastante disponíveis. Limpeza excelente. O café da manhã pode melhorar nas opções.

insufficient air conditioning, my room was no lower than 75f despite 2 AC units in the room. If not fir the heat everything was great. they charge €1.50 for coffee in the lobby...kind of a cheap move, most hotels give it away for free. The vreakfast was typicsl. Too much for basically bread and fruit. Everyone does this so you cant really blame them.
