LOVED THE WOOD FIREPLACE!!! Lots of wood stored by our unit so we never ran out. Love the free bus transit passes. Banff is small enough that it made it very convenient to use to go down down or to the Banff Gondola. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the go tub as well. We didn’t use the fitness centre to can’t comment on that. We had a $25 credit that we used at the restaurant and the food was very good. Will definitely be coming back.

Room was perfect! Great fireplace and balcony with a mountain view. Washroom was updated with massive soaker tub. Really enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful location and great service. Clean and comfortable rooms with log fires ready for your return each day, great little touch and the additional cookies delivered to the room. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly and would recommend.

This was a fancy room, it felt like it came out of a 5 star hotel in the resort town. Great loccitane amenities, fancy shower and cool fireplace. Bed was great room was warm and cozy. Loved the stay will be back again.

Nice staff and nice room

Absolutely fantastic hotel. Room was just as pictured and was clean and spacious, the fire was perfect for the cold days and the balcony gave a great view of the snowy mountains. All the staff were lovely and so helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Wish we could have stayed longer...

Beds were excellent. Fireplaces in all the rooms, with firewood and starter supplies provided. Enjoyable stay!

Very cozy cabin the woods! We loved the fireplace and felt like a little getaway even though it was so close to Banff! Favorite place to stay in Banff!

Room was spotless. Staff were kind. Only complaint was that the rooms aren’t very sound proof. We are in a top floor King Suite and it almost sounded like there was someone above us the stomping was so loud.
