Mit meiner Kreditkarte haben wir ein wunderbares Upgrade bekommen. Das Zimmer war riesig, wir hatten einen Kamin, eine große Dusche und eine Badewanne. Es war sauber, alles war top. Es gab einen Hot Pot und ein Tolles Restaurant. Wir hatten allerdings nur einmal Frühstück, aber das war ganz toll. Direkt am Hotel befindet sich der Busshuttle nach Banff Centre, der pro Fahrt und Kopf 2 CAD kostet. Was zu empfehlen ist, da wenig Parkoptionen in Banff. Am Hotel selber befinden sich ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten für die Gäste. Absolute Empfehlung. Ich würde es nochmal buchen.

The room was beautiful with a fireplace and living area. We really enjoyed our stay, and even saw a herd of elk in a nearby field. Beautiful area.

Location was sensational with beautiful views over the Rocky Mountains. Room was clean, and bed very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful

It was a really nice stay, well furnished, the coffee machine made really good coffee! Nice environment and the hot water tub looked really nice, but we did not have time to use it.

The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet, but not close to downtown area. Bus service was available.

Absolutely beautiful. Parking and staff could use a little improvement, end of season though,the kids were probably worn out.

Great staff. Loaned us umbrellas, delivered a microwave to our room so we could heat up leftovers from the restaurant. Great outdoor hot tub. However, door was extremely hard to pull tight enough to lock, so I informed the front desk about it.

The location is great – feels remote and alpine. Staff, especiallu front desk were excellent.

Beautiful views. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good for breakfadt and finner vety good. Supplied firewood, matches and starter for fireplace. Beds very comfortable. Changed robes and towels as needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice setting, a bit out of the center of town. If you happen to have a room facing the mountains, it's a peaceful setting, otherwise you will be facing a road. Check-in staff was very helpful, however, the lobby is only accessible by stairs and when you have heavy luggage, it is a hassle. The service in the bar and restaurant was extremely slow.
