My fav place to stay in Banff! The staff are lovely and I love the hot tub and wood burning fireplaces in the rooms!

Been staying here every year for the past 9-10 years. There is a reason we keep coming back and will continue too. However we miss the breakfast menus of old, felt the quality used to be much better for breakfast at the restaurant on site. Overall we love the location of this hotel and the hotel itself

The staff were amazing! Mayah, Nikki, Rachana and the night staff on the phone. It was nice to experience the level of service you all displayed felt like we were valued.

Rooms were wonderful and decorated very nice. Great service! Hot tub was out of order the night we were there, which was disappointing, but they were great at compensating for that

We had a wondeful stay! Only downfall was the fireplace was off limits due to maintenance. But everyrhing else was amazing!

Everything was as I had hoped, location, convince to transport, lovely restaurant and lounge, peaceful grounds.

Great stay. Very clean room, and very helpful staff. Check in was easy, and we got an early check in. The only negative was that the fireplace was out of order, and we were looking forward to it. Not a big deal, still would have stayed anyway! The outdoor hot tub was also amazing. Great stay in the lodges, if you’re looking for a great mountain vibe
