The property is beautiful and the service was good.

We loved our trip to Emerald Lake.

Awesome service and location! Lake was still frozen in april but that’s a different vibe

Our room has a malfunctioning smoke detector, when we tried to use the fireplace the alarm went off and the receptionist said they will send someone to check it out and nobody came to help us all night. We had to leave the next day be Au they could change our room and we Lost our second day booked which it was expensive for the service we didn’t receive. I have been trying to contact Expedia and the agent keep making wait and nothing happens after. I haven’t received a follow up. I will expect some contact me because this was a terrible booking.

This is a beautiful historic property. It’s a bit out of our price point in the summer. It was early spring when we went, so we were still able to walk across a frozen Emerald Lake.

Very enjoyable stay.

Love that it is surrounded by beautiful mountains! Having no service makes it a retreat! Customer service from staffs are beyond what we expected! We'll definitely come back next time!

Beautiful place. Nice staff. Good food. Nice rooms.

We didnt get the room we booked, they gave several excuses for switching us, but in the end it boiled down to poor management. We were put in a pet-friendly room, with broken furniture and because of the room they put us in, I had a terrible allergy attack overnight...the mismanagement basically ruined our anniversary holiday.

This place is AMAZING! I've never been anywhere so peaceful before. We are looking forward to going back again

Prices were good for that time of the year! Lounge facilities were great. Room was tended to each day.

I loved the fireplace and outdoor hot tub and the cabins. Only issue was dining was very expensive and not great food. Also had to get fully dressed in bed as I reacted to linen detergent.

Rooms are starting to get a bit dated, but the location and amazing staff helps to over look that

Emerald Lake is a gem -no pun intended. It may not be the most modern and up to date facility but that is its charm. The smallish rooms were clean; they could use an update but you have the beauty and nature based adventures of the unique season in which you choose to visit just outside your doorstep. Its unlikely you will spend a lot of time in your room unless it is to enjoy the wood burning fireplace! Dry wood and starter are provided, if you care to enjoy this unique feature. The staff were all polite and helpful and friendly, and finally- the meals at the Mount Burgess Dining room were to die for!

My fanily and I received excellent service and enjoyed our stay thoroughly!! We will be back
