The hotel and our room was clean and nicely decorated. There was a lot of activities so it is really hard to get bored. The gym is better than usually in hotels. The breakfeast room could be bigger and there was a lot traffic and many risky situations. Staff could've been more wellcoming when checking in - no one even said hello or looked at us.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, der Eingangsbereich und die dortigen Aktivitäten sind top. Die Umgebung ist auch ganz ok. Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel und recht abgelebt

Great hotel with convenient transportation options, near a tram station. Clean, safe and comfy. Friendly staff and one of the best lobbies ever!

Friendly staff! Amazing hotel with a great lobby and bar. Comfortable room. Near a tram stop. Feels safe and was clean. Only thing I would improve is the toiletries since they don’t provide hair conditioner, shower caps and/or body cream and the options for shampoo, shower gel and hand soap seems the safe even though they are marked as different.

The hotel accommodated a group of us on a business trip. The facilities, including conferencing were excellent. The staff are fun, attentive, efficient and ensure the whole experience has a great vibe and energy. I can’t wait to go back!

Eksremt god service! Ble altid møtt med et smil når man var i kontakt med personalet. Her har mange mye å lære! Hyggelig bar greie rom,litt skittene tepper...

Staff was super friendly and welcoming, they live up to their motto “Come as a stranger, Leave as a friend”.

Leuk hotel, prima sfeer en goed ontbijt.

Very well located, close to the metro and the tram station, it was our base for discovering Prague. Room was comfortable with a good bed, and spacious for two people. They were strict with the check-in time, not a problem, but you always wish for flexibility.

Riktigt bra hotell med bra frukost. Rena och fina rum. Lätt att ta sig till olika ställen från hotellet med de bra olika kommunikationerna.

Ich war schon öfter im Penta Hotel in Prag. Grundsätzlich immer angenehm. Aber am Frühstücksei haben sie immer noch nichts geändert. Grundsätzlich sollte beim Frühstück etwas passieren. In den Stoßzeiten eine Katastrophe.
