Llegamos y nos sorprendieron con un Up grade a una Suite Jr. de manera gratuita. El personal fue muy amable y atento. La habitación inmensa. La relación precio/calidad es muy buena para alojarse entre el centro y el aeropuerto.

It was a great stay, staff were friendly, room was clean and spotless, diverse breakfast very tasty. the only thing I would recommend is to read about the city taxes when you reserve because I had a bad experience finding out when I did the check-in.

O quarto para 4 pessoas é ótimo! Espaçoso e extremamente limpo. O problema do hotel é que cobram taxas altas para o estacionamento e para entrega de comida no quarto. Para se ter uma ideia o estacionamento era 16,00 euros e com a taxa ficou 26,00.

Excelente hotel. Apesar de ser distante do centro turístico, o metro pertinho do hotel, faz toda a diferença. Ótimo café da manhã, quarto e banheiro maravilhoso, com banheira pra relaxar

Good location

La habitación estaba limpia y el personal muy amable. Se podría invertir en reformar el hotel ya que las instalaciones son un poco antiguas

Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom on the tight side. Staff hot and cold. The fire alarm went off on our floor. We immediately came to the lobby. The staff were not aware and did not seemed troubled by it. Check out was noon however they came knocking on our door at 11 asking if we are checking out. My husband was sound asleep and so woke him up. Not a great experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to the airport. Recommended.

Quarto Sensacional e Equipe Nota 10,lugar Tranquilo e seguro.

Close from airport, big supermarket & many convenience facilities. Other things are normal, but shower space is small.

Great staff, clean and great location

Front desk staff were abrupt, not exactly "not friendly" but not welcoming either~ When I asked for coffee to go with the coffee maker in the room, the gentleman acted like I was asking him to pick, roast and grind the coffee..jeeez! The room was as i expected..no surpises. Breakfast was ok served promptly no sooner! than 630am
