De passage pour une seule soirée , bien accueillis ce dimanche . Bien conseillés par l’hôtesse d’accueil pour aller visiter le principal de Palencia.

We booked as an overnight stop on a long drive so we were grateful for a good room and an easy location not far from the main route we were travelling. We were grateful to find a good hotel that was dog friendly as we were travelling with our Cocker Spaniel. The room was a little worn in places but otherwise a very good stay. Good value for an overnight stop.

Hotel básico, le falta actualización, muchos detalles de desgaste.

Buen hotel para una estancia pasajera, con camas cómodas y buena ubicación. A destacar el parking para coches.

Seit 25 Jahren Besuch ich dieses Haus € nicht hat sich verändert oder ist mal modernisiert worden, nach Rücksprache mit den personal, letztes Jahr höre man ja schon Beanstandet, man könne ja ein andres Hotel suchen, soviel zur Treue der Gäste und Wertschätzung 😮‍💨😢😢😢😢 Bilder lassen sich leider nicht hinzufügen…

Hotel por fuera muy bien habitaciones muy mejorables

Hotel de carretera, cómodo pero bastante antiguo. Necesita actualizarse. Decoración sesentera, suelos de moqueta, ducha con cortina (muy poco higienico y da una sensación horrible), llaves de llavero, cortinas que no cierran bien...... la habitación cómoda y el desayuno no está mal. No lo calificaría cómo un 4 estrellas. Además se indica que tiene piscina, pero la piscina no es del hotel, es de la urbanización, hay que pedir la llave... un poco lío.

Although it is dog friendly, if you have a dog you cannot use the hotel facilities. Your dog is only allowed in reception and your room. There is no where you can use the dining facilities or have breakfast if you have a dog with you. There is no where near the hotel that you can eat or purchase food and drinks. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room.

We stayed 1 night. Excellent service from the moment we entered. Room was a little dated but very clean.

Hotel acogedor. No es moderno pero las instalaciones están bien y la cama muy cómoda. Personal súper amable (recepción, cafetería y piscina)

Perfecto para estar de paso. Puede que le haga falta alguna reformilla, pero se descansa bien para continuar ruta. Para mí muy bien

El hotel no está mal, cerca de una autopista y de fácil acceso. La habitación está bien. Por la noche apagaban el aire y hacía calor pero por lo demás bien. Hay bañera en vez de ducha por lo que es más incómodo y sobre todo porque son cortinas. El personal muy amable y atento.

The hotel is well located for travelling down through Spain. The reception and rooms are excellent. The staff are very helpful. We have stayed 3 times as the hotel is dog friendly. However, you can only take your dog to and from the room. We therefore are unable to have an evening meal or breakfast at the hotel. We are not aware of any local places. The hotel is big enough and has enough outside space where they could have a pet friendly area to enable people with pets to have breakfast or an evening meal, however, they do not offer this facility.

Goed voor een overnachting, dicht bij de snelweg gelegen hotel , in een nieuwbouwwijk. Ruime schone kamer. Dineren was lastig, want de zaal was al maximaal gevuld, uitleg daarover kwam pas na een kwartier wachten bij de toegang tot de zaal. Het ontbijtbuffet was dan weer prettig. Al met al een goede overnachting en de tip om een evt. diner tijdig te reserveren.

Hotel rénové mais vieillissant. La climatisation assez ancienne s'est coupée, minibar éteint en arrivant, restaurant convenable menu tout compris à 20€.

Sí obviamos que la habitación tenía dos camas y no una cama de matrimonio como se había pedido en la reserva y aunque se solicito cambiarlo no hubo posibilidad de hacerlo y que la temperatura programada era un poquito baja para mi gusto y en la habitación no podías modificarla, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

Personeel kent weinig Engels of Frans of Duits en doet geen moeite om iets anders dan Spaans te verstaan. Weinig persoonlijk en/of vriendelijke bediening. Kamers met veel huisstofmijt.
