Dejligt hotel med lækker morgenmad.

Property was located half way between Ischia port and Ischia center making the walk to either very easy. Also the property was one block from bus stop. Two swimming pools on premises - one was thermal. Staff was friendly and helpful and spoke English. The included breakfast had a large selection of items including fresh pastries. I highly recommend this property.

La struttura si presenta molto bene, con tanti spazi all'aperto per potersi gustare un momento di chiacchere e relax. Piscine pulite con ambiente tranquillo. Ristorante bellissimo con una sala molto ampia dove di mattina servono anche una splendida colazione abbondante. Ma un elogio particolare voglio farlo ad ogni singola persona che lavora all'interno di questa struttura. Da anni che viaggio tra Italia ed Europa non ho mai ricevuto un'attenzione così mirata e cordiale. Personale altamente qualificato pronto a fare di tutto per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Io, mia moglie e mia figlia siamo stati felicissimi ed onorati di essere stati accolti da questo fantastico staff. Spero in un presto ritorno, grazie ancora!

The pools were lovely and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage and enjoy the pools while waiting for our ferry after check out. Supper in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was amazing! I’ll be back for a longer stay!

The property is well kept overall and walkable to Ischia Porte. The rooms are tiny, smelled very musty and overall need a refresh. Staff was somewhat friendly and helpful. Hotel was decently clean. Thermal pools are nice/clean.

Grosszügige Anlage welche in Schuss gehalten wird. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstücksbuffet reichlich. Spa-Bereich ist für die Grösse der Hotelanlage etwas klein und beengend.

Another wonderful stay at Hermitage. Marco and the staff at the front desk are friendly and always helpful. We love the breakfast each morning!

Struttura silenziosa, colazione ottim e personale gentilissimo

Lovely hotel, with great views and wonderful service. Nice location near castello and 25min walk into port for local buses. Spa a little run down and sauna not working but a nice extra. Pool options great, although a swimming cap is mandatory. Some issues with cleanliness in my room, and missing towels but this was resolved quickly. Overall good budget stay.

The amenities, spa, pools and beautiful grounds were a plus.

La struttura è posizionata molto bene. Comoda la piscina esterna e funzionale la Spa. Superlativa la colazione. Pranzo e cena lasciano a desiderare. Inoltre l'albergo richiederebbe una riattazione interna e esterna. Le camere da letto, quelle a noi assegnate, e i materassi in particolare, sono da rifare.

Colazione molto buona,camera buona,Spa purtroppo niente di che,la piscina esterna bella peccato però fosse fredda nonostante l’acqua dichiarata termale,e ad Ischia può essere sui 34/35 gradi tranquillamente
