The room and common areas were clean and nicely presented. Seemed like it was in nice shape and didn't look older. Breakfast was well done. This might seem a little picky, but, the trash cans in the room were very small. Only other issue I had as a light sleeper was the interstate road noise. Close to Garden of The Gods.

I really enjoyed my stay with my kiddo. They really enjoyed the pool. Will definitely be staying here again

This was not the cleanest hyatt I have visited. The common areas were nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. My room seemed a bit run downed with the shower ceiling peeling. There was a stain on my sheets and my bathroom floor felt gritty underfoot. My room was also overpowered by a deodorizer that was strong enough to give you a headache. For the same money try staying at the Polaris, a four star property that puts this one to shame.

The room we were given smelled HORRIBLE! I complained and housekeeping staff assisted me in having a room change. Beds were NOT queen size and we were very cramped. No laundry facility.

The room was good, however we were not advised that the room and linen would not be attanded to daily. It was every other day so we had wet towels and had to make our own bed. Staff were helpful but inconsistent in advising on facilities and costs for drinks and food
