This hotel delivers on all fronts, as a first time guest I found the staff are so friendly and genuinely helpful, not to mention a a clean, modern hotel within minutes of the centre shops and restaurants. The breakfast is continental but if you are into healthy eating this is the breakfast buffet you want. There is complimentary food/snacks and drinks/ refreshments during the day that adds that extra convenience with a tranquil area to relax in by reception. I wish more hotels were like this. They do have a rooftop pool and jacuzi with great views. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The gym had the perfect amount of equipment to do a good workout. The pool was a good size too. The hotel was nice and clean, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again

A friendly and well run hotel. Room was comfortable, breakfast good, the grab and go complimentary food/drink (the green) a bonus as was the sauna and jacuzzi.

La habitación magnífica, con bañera de hidromasaje. Pero además el spa estaba incluido, con piscina y sauna. Por si fuera poco, las bebidas y aperitivos de cortesía disponibles prácticamente todo el día, cosa que no es muy habitual en otros hoteles. Y sobre todo, el personal, muy amable y atento. Todo de 10.

Location easy few minutes walk from BUS station Amazing service and always helpful reception people. There was absolutely No problem to get the room we ask for with city view and away from elevator. Ready when we arrived – in room there even was a note (sorry it was only written in Spanish which we did NOT familiar with, but the thought was nice at least. After check-in we were show the “Green room” and was explaining the amazing system with too much FREE stuff like Wine and Beer from everyday 2pm to 6am next day. May I suggest some reduction of service here …. Why many pax cannot behave themselves when they got to much of … inside. 2 hours ex from 15-17 (3-5pm) should more than fine with the wine and beer for FREE. Same with the NICE food and soup FREE in the green room. A 5 star coffee machine for all kind of coffee (self service) was also FREE. Reception always 2-3 pax there with help for all kind of question I did have. ONE small complain – Iron board I was borrowed was really useless – just let you know.

A few minutes from bus station, very short walk to town centre, brilliant staff, free snacks and drinks after 2 pm, nice pool with power jet, good gym steam room etc.

Really excellent hotel. Fantastic rooftop spa & pool, & love the Green area!
