This room was booked by accident while I was trying to upgrade, due to the poor conditions of the rooms we were given. Despite several attempts to cancel on the same day, I still haven’t received a refund or any response. Absolutely unacceptable.

El personal del lobby, al querer hacer check in antes de las 03:00 pm, se portó muy grosero la persona que me atendió, cuando a otros huéspedes les estaba dando el check in anticipado, a mí NO.
