Disappointing Stay ! This a nice location in Glyfada, the amenities are fail they do offer a breakfast buffet butt not fresh fruit! I have stayed here before and had an average experience but this time it wasn’t so nice, staff not so friendly at the front desk and a lot of teenagers running in the hallways at all times of night ! If. You’re looking for an adult type hotel this is definitely not it ! Greatly Disappointed !

Okay for short stays. Best thing is location and parking. Breakfast could be better (e.g. bread not fresh). Also pool undergoing renovation so could not be used. One of the initial rooms smelt intensely of smoke but receptionist was incredibly helpful and arranged alternative. Given the above would still stay again as staff are as accommodating as you could hope for

It was great, For company sustainable in the business, i would put up 1 sig that says palace hotel from the beach area. Public transportation is really good. The bus, stops right outside the hotel. And its very good hotel. I would have wished for the sunrise at the balcony though 😋

The good, The food, was exceptionell! The staff was really serviceminded and welcoming in there educational behavior. The bad, Tv remote wasn't working in one of the rooms. (Small problem "easy to fix routines") This will be a really great hotel i can see it.

Lovely hotel. Stay on the south side (waterview) of the building to avoid loud roadway.

Hyvä, perussiisti hotelli. Aamupala ok, ei erikoinen. Muutamana päivänä söimme hotellilla ruoan ja se oli hintaansa nähden hyvää. Allasalue oli hyvä, kun rannalla ei tuulen vuoksi tarennut olemaan. Huoneissa huono äänieristys. Ystävällistä ja hyvää palvelua kaikin puolin.

Most staff were lovely but one woman at breakfast was very rude. The hotel was so noisy because of the main road. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work and the two single beds were very narrow and far too soft, we both had bad backs after. However the pol area was lovely.

Localization was great, hotel is far always from a good 4 star’s…. Bathroom is a 2 star’s maximum.. elevators broken all the time.. once with me inside…. Breakfast regular

Finding travel tickets was a bit difficult, near by tram stop wasn't in use at all and we had to walk to Glyfada central to find tickets. Traveling time to central Athens was quite long. Didn't like the crazy traffic near the hotel, but that seems to be thing for Athens:cars everywhere. Beach was ok, no sunbeds and bit dirty (cigarettes, trash) but swimming was nice. Maybe this was the only time we visit Athens, but I did like beach and Glyfada more than Athens. Hotel was ok and breakfast was fine.

Nice property good location but the pool seats and cushions were stained ! Looked old and dirty ! Mattress were very comfortable and the breakfast was just ok !

Nice location close to beach and transportation. Hop on off bus close by goes into Athens. Tram behind also goes to shopping area if Glyfada and Athens. Rooms are clean but not fancy and in some need of refurbishment. Didn’t like the shower/sink combo. Nothing like running a hair dryer while standing in a puddle of water!

Dirty beach

When I arrived i was places in a room with a visible huge water damage stain on the wall, and the room smelled of mold. There was some sort of utility room next door that produced a continuous loud mechanical noice that made it hard to fall asleep. Next morning, the staff was luckily polite and understanding and switched my room without any problems to a decent one. It was clean and new enough. However the bathroom was so small that the door hit the toilet bowl every time it was opened and also the shower was so narrow that a 157cm short girl like me couldnt shower without water splashing everywhere. But otherwise the staff was friendly and nothing majorly wrong with the new room, I could live with the small toilet, but if you’re a vig guy/ have to assist a kid, it wouldn’t work.

The rooms were clean and have new furniture. Breakfast was excellent. Stuff was very nice and helpful. The beach is just across the parking. Will stay again.

Everything was just perfect

We liked the location. We didn’t like the condition of the room and the pool. Tiny lifts, tiny room, tiny bathroom, tiny balcony. We had our 9 year old son and it was too small for us. Not great for families. The breakfast was not good. All the hot food was dry. The crackers were stale.

We stayed for one night before going home. We booked a hotel with a pool to make our last day relaxing. The pool was turning green and very dirty. None of the guests were swimming in it and that wasn’t surprising. The rooms were clean with comfy beds, but the noise from the main road kept us awake! We ate there in the evening, the menu was minimal but the dishes we chose were tasty. Drinks are cocktails were a little on the expensive side, 14 euros for a cocktail.

Perfect for an overnight stay. Norhing more, nothing less.....
