There is no parking at this facility. They charge $49. for the hotel staff to park your car. We wanted to park our own car and had to park blocks away from the hotel. this was very inconvenient. The hotel was safe and clean which was great.

Had a good stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Didn’t use the valet. I paid $12.00 for three day parking in the lot right down the street from the hotel. The manager is extremely cool and makes sure you have a great stay.

Very clean and convienent location

Julia, at the front desk, was very helpful. She gave us lots of helpful suggestions for things to do around the area. And she let us borrow her umbrella because it was raining. The hotel and room were clean. We parked across the street at the parking garage. Cheaper and easier than valet.

I had a rental car and self parking only uses a at code to register the car and it would not take the rental… went from 19 a day to 54.00 your advertising says self parking is available, it was not.

This is a nice, functional hotel. The area is a bit chaotic, but there’s nothing the hotel can do about this. My main criticism is the valet parking. The service costs $54, which is a bit steep. But collecting your vehicle can take >45 minutes, which is beyond the pale when you’re paying that much money. There was only one person returning cars, and it seems that he had requested support to no avail. I find in unconscionable to charge that amount of money for such a poor service.

Not good. Did not know there was a $100 extra charge for our pup. Staff was NOT helpful- had to get a manager involved, and still had to pay half. Outdoor part was unusable because of construction. They didn’t care about guests. Staff always talking amongst themselves and seem irritated if you ask a question. Won’t stay there again.

We enjoyed the staff. The great customer service of the front desk staff and the bar tender in the restaurant.

The hotel is very nice. My room smelled so nice and was exceptionally clean. The only thing that I wasn’t too happy about was when I was checking in. I knew I needed to pay for valet. When I brought this to the hotels attention, I was told it would be included in the original charge they were charging me. I paid the fee and went on my way to enjoy my stay. Upon check out, I was informed that I would have to pay the valet fee. I advised the staff members that I had already paid it. They stated did they give me a receipt? I stated that they did not. The staff member stated to give them a few moments to check due to their computer issues. After they were able to bring up my account, they stated that valet was charged to my room. I stated (and showed them that it was already paid via bank transaction). The hotel staff stated the charge I was showing was “incidentals” and that I order for me to get my car, I would have to pay the $54. I paid the additional $54 and received my car. I booked this hotel through hotel.com and was expecting to only pay the $54 valet fee not an extra $60. They gave no clarification regarding “incidentals” to me.

Hotel is ok, staff were very nice. Not the cleanest. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE HERE. VALET IS CRAZY EXPENSIVE. if you have a car, you’re stuck with the $50 a day valet prices. Which is insanely high.

The only complaint that we have is that the water pressure in the show was bad - other than that Excellent!

I arrived with my children and wife before check-in and the staff was very friendly and got me a room before check-in. The best thing is, there are many places to visit around.

We stayed two nights at the Indigo Hotel in Cleveland. Overall, the stay was fine, but there were a few disappointing aspects. There was no complimentary coffee offered in the morning, which was surprising for a hotel in this price range. In fact, when my husband tried to get a cup on Sunday morning, he was scolded by a staff member in a way that felt accusatory—as if he were stealing it. It was an uncomfortable experience. In the room, the shower curtain was too short, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. This created a safety hazard that definitely needs attention. On the positive side, the girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful, and the paid parking setup ran smoothly and efficiently.

Excellent hotel. I would stay there again if I go back through Cleveland

Clean, great location, walkable to restaurants, casino, ball fields. Great staff

Like the courtyard even though some construction tape was up. It was a great space for us to play games instead of being cramped in our rooms. The rooms were nice and clean overall. I was not to fond of the elevator not having any air as it took a while for it to get to each floor. On those hot days, that was rough.

Be careful if you don’t spend the extra $40 emergency insurance. Show I was going to canceled night before. Called the hotel and they said “it’s expedias policy, I tried all I could, sorry”… Call Expedia and “it’s the hotels policy, sorry, I tried all o could” Utter BS
