Good hotel, if frequently overpriced. Although we were annoyed at how the restaurant staff had allowed a bunch of beer belly types who weren’t ordering food to fill up the tables only to watch some football match when every room has a perfectly fine widescreen tv. You have people willing to order food and you allow your restaurant to be used for this??

Check in person was not very human friendly, no information given just basic check in. On arrival into our superior room with runway view, room 510 we were greeted with the back of terminal 2. 2nd receptionist much nicer to deal with moved us to a higher floor. Empty wine bottle left in the room and only made up for 1 person so had to call for towels. Ordering food to the room was hard, no explanation how to on the menu so in the end called reception again to order. Next day cleaner came in and yes only 1 towel left even though she could see we were 2 people, reception call again. Complimentary tray not refilled so had to ask for clean cups via a call to reception and the staff brought me milk and coffee pods so another call to reception. The girl working in the pool couldn't be bothered with our questions of opening times and on return to swim was in the same mood. The restaurant was amazing and all staff very happy to help. Food selection amazing and fresh cooked with plenty of choice. Check out quick, just pop the keycard in box and off we went.

Stayed at this hotel a few years ago and liked it. This time around, despite being in a premium room is looking a bit tired. For an airport hotel flexibility around checkin time is limited and prices are high. On the plus side it's next to terminal 2 so only a short walk to your flight

Closeness to the airport and very kind and supportive personnel are making me to come back every year when teaveling through Manchester.

Great location for early flights. Prompt replies to a post-visit enquiry too. I felt the restaurant prices were a little steep, notwithstanding the loaction.

Extortionate food prices at the hotel. They add a large service charge which cannot be justified for staff doing their job and pressing a few buttons on the till to take an order.

Excellent comfort for that last night sleep before an early morning flight.

I stayed at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had excellent soundproofing – despite being directly at the airport, I couldn’t hear a single plane, which made the stay calm and relaxing. However, there were a few issues that brought the impression down. The AC control panel was so worn that some buttons were completely missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature without improvising with a needle from the sewing kit provided in the room. One of the floor lamps had the wrong type of low-energy bulb installed, which flickered heavily when turned on, so we ended up having to unscrew it. On top of that, there were hairs on one of the shower towels, which is something that simply should not happen at a hotel of this standard. In summary, the hotel delivered on the essentials – great service, comfort, and impressive soundproofing – but the maintenance and housekeeping details definitely need more attention to truly match the Radisson brand expectations.

A Very warm welcome on arrival , room was lovely and clean , food was ok but need to be more simple things on it not very body wants that sort of food a bit to expensive.

Walkable to all terminals which was the reason why we chose this hotel. For that reason you can’t go past it.

Nice hotel but room was very warm and the ac struggled to keep the temp below 25'C. I had to sleep on top of the bed.

Great place to stay

We opted for an early check in so that we could drop off our bags and go explore Manchester. All the staff we encountered were friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean and modern. Breakfast was varied and the hot food hot and delicious.
