My only complaint is that the first room I booked was smelly. Luckily the nice receptionist changed my rooms so I was really happy with that. I also wonder about the accessibility access for being in wheelchairs. and there is no lock bolt on the doors like most hotels. But the room i was in was renovated, and the pool was a good temperature and my little one could just reach the bottom so she was happy. the staff was really nice and the location is great. There is also a small, free breakfast and endless coffee. I will stay here again next time I am down. My only suggestion is to add pool toys and maybe some different life jacket sizes in the pool area to make it more family friendly like i have seen in other hotels. That's it :) thanks for the great stay!

The room was clean, staff were very accommodating and pleasant. Will definitely stay again....breakfast was Ok ....but not the fault of staff....it is a free breakfast

Clean, friendly staff

No elevator so was switched to the first floor which was very noisy. Right by the door. No TV selection. Only a few channels. Other than that it was clean and staff was helpful.

Decent clean rooms, just make sure to get a main floor room if you have mobility issues as there is no elevator for the second floor
