The man that checked us in wasvery rude. Then he checked in some young people in room 301 I was in 201. The police were called. The young people were kicked out of the hotel for disturbing. Instead of getting us another room or giving us another night in a different room. They promise is $35. Haven't seen it yet

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beds were very comfortable. Our room was nicely appointed and clean.

The property was fine and Jason, the night desk clerk was the best. I had a handicapped room and the complaint I had was there was no chair to sit in. I ha d to lie on the bed which was very uncomfortable to do all day and caused a lot of aches and pains. The only chair was a very small desk chair on wheel that I could not use. I answered a survey asking for a chair but did not get one. I did not directly ask anyone for one. This was the first hotel room I have ever been in that did not have some sort of chair to sit in.

Shower gels water and did not properly drain; but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. FREE breakfast was very lacking and the eggs were cold. Needs more variety.

Our problem had nothing to do with the hotel. It was awesome. However, trucks, cars and motorcycles like to race from the light nearby. And it was very loud throughout the night...

Shower had stains,water stain on ceiling in bathroom,breakfast the lady used same gloves to clean table wipe trash an fix the food an air didn’t work properly

This hotel and staff were amazing clean and friendly. My room was top notch the pool was clean and warm . The breakfast was fresh and hot and plentiful very clean the attendant was on point with cleaning. It was a good deal, close to I-75 and downtown Lexington. Clean and comfortable room.
