I love staying at this Best Western. Its comfortable and clean. Rooms are cozy. Hot tubs are the bomb.

Unfortunately the pool was having maintenance done. It was our anniversary weekend. They really should've done it during the week. But over all wonderful stay in the suite we had!

Everything was just right,easy in great breakfast room was very clean the only thing pool was out of order. Great experience would definitely stay here again. Property was in great shape. Hotel very modern. Thank you to everyone who works there.

This place was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and we felt at home. We heartily recommend it. The tv didn’t work but we seriously were there to sleep anyway.

Convenient location, affordable and good breakfast. The room was large and clean, the only thing I didn’t like was the carpet, I had selected a room that was supposed to be carpet free, but it wasn’t the end of the world . Overall very pleased, pool was closed.

The room was tidy and bed were comfortable. The pillows sucked and my whole family had a sore neck.

we went with my family, we had the room with the pull out bed as an extra and everything was fantastic, everyone was super friendly and nice! I would definitely stay here again!

The reviews were right. This place was great. Some areas on the carpet in the hallways and some spots on the wall were a little worn, but it was very clean. The beautiful staircase in the front lobby was so enchanting that my teenage son and I took the stairs every time. And we never do that! We are elevator people :) The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was alright, not great, but also not the worst I've ever had. I would definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend it.

This was our second time staying here the rooms are nice and the breakfast is very good. Our 4yo loves the pool and the game room. Staff has been very nice each time we've stayed.

Room was very cold when arrived but was able to adjust the temperature.

There was a substance smeared all over the desk and night stand. The remote control to the tv was caked with grime. The TV and cable were unplugged and unprogrammed. I had to call the front desk using my cell phone because the in room phone didn't work. Maintenance came and fixed it but complained the entire time that house keeping should of checked for that and handled it. The indoor pool was disgusting. The water was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom and the portion of the pool walls that was outside of the water was brown with dirt. You could see where people were etching words/ pictures in the grime. A portion of the ceiling was falling down in the pool room and the ventilation screen on the ceiling was so caked with dust it was blocked with threads of crust hanging from where the vent holes are. There was a phone in the pool room with a sign that it was out of order and if there is an emergency to use your own cell phone and call 911. There was an arcade room across from the pool room which was locked with a sign also out of order. In the morning the breakfast room tables were not cleaned between patrons. I am not one to complain when something is not right especially spending one night. Things get missed or overlooked sometimes; but this was ridiculous.

Main reason for this booking was the in room jacuzzi tub and the fire place, as it was supposed to be a romantic getaway.. neither amenity worked! Fire place was broke and the jacuzzi had nothing but brown water coming out, no matter how long we tried to let it “flush”.. we told the front desk and was told they couldn’t do anything, I had to contact the third party I booked thru.. when I contacted them, they told me they were unable to do anything and it was up to the property if they wanted to issue any kind of refund. They contacted the property manager and I was offered a $25 REFUND! It was almost insulting, after paying $300 for a room with broken fireplace and a disgusting tub! Would never stay again or recommend to anyone!

I was happy because it was close by to Easter Seals as I was visiting someone for the weekend. They were also kind & gave me points even though I booked it through a 3rd party. They also gave me a room on the 1st floor as so requested. I was able to see my vehicle from my room, which was very important to me.

I liked every day beautiful area to sit outside and walk around the area. The restaurant next-door was amazing.

The hotel itself was fine. However, our room smelled like wet dog and for some reason every night in the middle of the night there would be talking through the tv like it was on but it wasn’t. It was very bizarre and honestly creepy.

Wonderful! The young woman at the front desk when we checked out was great, very friendly, helpful and customer oriented, which is difficult to find these days.
