Room was clean and staff were friendly.

The staff at Hotel Moncton are always exceptional. I keep going back for this reason alone. They offer my family incredible kindness.

The room was clean, there was no place to hang your clothes up the door to the room was not tight, day light all around the door, and you could see in one side of the door, not veru private, we were located above the lobby, which was open to the lobby, and at 6:00 am the staff were talking and your could hear everything. The free breakfast was cold and had been out for awhile and the breakfast room was colf also.

We had to borrow a heater to heat the room- almost no heat. Their system was not strong enough for this cold weather. And the breakfast room was FREEZING!!! You had to eat really quick. The rooms & staff are very nice though. But I will not be going again in the winter- we freeze every time we go there.

Nous n'avons pas déjeuner puisque on voulais l'aporter dans la chambre et ce n'étais pas possible ,même pas du café .Il y avair quelqu'un de stationner ;a notre fenetre et elle sortais â tout les 15 minutes pour aller fumer dans son auto et faisait rouler le moteur

On viens juste d'arriver mais la chambre propre et spacieuse. Jai eu un belle accueil. Dejeuner demain compris hâte de voir comment ses

Le personnel était courtois.

Beds in room not queens as advertised, room upstairs sounded like a dance party going on all night. Staff friendly but overall experience left a lot to be desired. Many other options in the area. Stay elsewhere

Rooms were fine however the hotel ran out of oil which at the time it was -32 with the wind chill and the ac unit that’s in the window was drafty and all the cold air was coming in we had to sleep with our winter coats on for that one night and checked out the next day (we booked 3 nights) they offered a space heater but it was too cold to stay the woman at the desk was fantastic but the owner/manager tried to charge me for cleaning fees etc and wasn’t going to give me a refund

The heating system of the hotel was deficient on the first night, but the staff gave us a portable heater and on the next day the issue was solved. Very good breakfast for a continental basic, coffee was also very decent

La chambre était propre et le lit très confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Toutefois, il manquait de chauffage, tant dans les couloirs que dans la chambre, ce qui a été un inconvénient. De plus, le déjeuner inclus était servi froid, ce qui a malheureusement été un désagrément pour nous. Malgré cela, le personnel était très gentil, courtois et attentionné.
