We had a great stay. The hotel was clean, the staff were excellent, and the complimentary breakfast was a wonderful bonus.

Coffee maker is just downsatirs whenever you need one anytime of the day.

I had one of the jetted tubs room. The room was overal clean, but the nossels of the tub was very dirty and gross. Breakfast was good. Parking was available.

Compared to the Best Western Plus Hotel in Leduc, the breakfast offerings and quality were poor, and especially the coffee was very unappetizing. The coffee from the espresso machine on the first floor was also very bad. The swimming pool didn't feel clean, whether the floor was dirty or the water was dirty. Additionally, a fire alarm went on at 1 AM, but the front desk didn't answer the phone at all, and none of the hotel staff provided instructions on how to respond. This part can be said to be a very disappointing point. It can be said that emergency response training for employees befitting the name value of Best Western Hotel is urgently needed.

We always saw staff cleaning, breakfast was good, though they could use a 3rd waffle maker. Reception was friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable!

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, otherwise the hotel was great.

Overall a hotel that is okay. The staff is very welcoming. One downside is the pool. I have never experienced so disgusting water at a hotel before. I didn't smell of chlorine, which should be the first warning sign and it was filled with hair and small white unidentifiable things. Both the pool and jacuzzi was very disgusting.

I want to thank the front desk staff. They were always positive and excited about our adventures. Gave us good advice I. Restaurants and how to best enjoy Calgary. Made all the difference. And thank you to the cleaning staff as well. I was taking care of an elderly parent on the trip and they always cleaned and organized the room to start fresh when we got back. Thank you very much

We checked in with Dan at the front desk. He was very helpfull, knowledgeable about the area, and personable. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. Our room was always clean when we came back at night. I have to mention the two staff that worked in the kitchen for the complementary breakfast. They kept to the place clean, tables were always wiped, and the food was always restocked. They did a great job! I would definitely stay at this hotel again

The hotel presents as brand new with renovations and modernized upgrades. Staff was very friendly, room was incredibly clean and the breakfast was delicious. We’ll be back!
