This is a super swell property only surpassed by the outstanding staff. Only real place to stay in Calgary!

The room was clean and spacious. Good bathroom. In room coffee and tea not great but a good coffee machine in reception. Good breakfast. It was the staff - especially on reception - that made this a 5star stay. They could not have been more helpful. Directions to restaurants / bars; to the train to visit downtown Calgary and the best route out towards Banff. Friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you.

Staff went above and beyond my expectations. Facilities and breakfast were good. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Very well situated hotel. Good breakfast, excellent staff. Very happy with stay.

It is located next to a big cemetery if anyone cares. The unit I stayed in has a very low water pressure and bathtub drain stopper doesn't work. But unlimited good coffee is a good plus in the lobby.

Great location but not a lot dinner options

The front desk staff were excellent to deal with and very attentive. As well, the room was super clean ! We will stay again.

You must take transit downtown you can not walk

Stayed for a few days, watched a hockey match- very close to saddledome! Easy to travel to city and surrounds.

We were happy with the room, service, staff and breakfast at this hotel.

Staff were great. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Only complaint was the disposable wipes to wipe down equipment in the fitness room were completely dried out.

Excellent stay, very helpful staff

The room is spacious, the location is convenient, and it's a 10-min drive to downtown. The breakfast is a classical continental breakfast, but the staff prepares green onions, which enhances the taste of breakfast; it is really surprising for me. Thanks to the staff who prepared for it.
