Pestana is good, only thing i did not like about the rooms were the really high bath tub. you had to step up really high to get in and the door didn’t shut all the way so water got all over the floor. the couches in the rooms i was in were stained. other than this the hotel was fine.

Asiakaspalvelun taso respassa riippui täysin siitä, kuka siellä sattui olemaan. Monta kertaa se oli hidasta tai huonoa. Vessapaperia sai lisää vasta, kun meni itse siivoojalta pyytämään (respaan soitto ei auttanut), parempaa täkkiä allergiselle lapselle ei saanut ollenkaan. Siivouksen taso huoneessa ei kummoinen. Joka paikka repsotti ja oli aika kulahtanut. Uima-allas oli ok ja aamupalalla paljon vaihtoehtoja.

Enjoyed our stay, would recommend

There was a major mistake in the booking at the hotel. I did 2 nights, 29/06 - 01/07 with Hotels.com but wanted to add an extra night for 28/06, I was guaranteed the same room with a sea view and wouldn't have to move for the 2nd part of the reservation. When we arrived there at night, there was no room. Reservations had sent an email to confirm so they were obliged to find us something, eventually after much a to do, we got into a room but then had to move out the next morning so it cut into having two full days there. I would like to give a 'shout out' to Mariane who was on the reception that night and moved 'hell & high water' to help us. She negotiated one night, compliments of the hotel so in the end, thanks to her, all worked out well.

A Deeply Disappointing Stay My experience at this hotel was abysmal from start to finish. The property was visibly neglected, with poor maintenance and a lack of care in both the rooms and common areas. To make matters worse, the staff were exceptionally rude, showing little regard for guests and opting to converse among themselves in Portuguese rather than assisting customers. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the service was non-existent. Particularly from Bernardo Deca she Latoya Silva. I left within 30mins of arriving. The experience spoilt the beginning of my 10 year wedding anniversary I would strongly advise against staying here.

O Hotel precisa de uma reforma completa, não só trocar as camas e o piso como foi feito. O Hotel é antigo, e precisa de modernização geral. Ele é bem localizado e tem potencial. O hotel ficou 2 dias sem agua quente, e por ser antigo não tem um sistema de abastecimento pra emergência. O café da manhã é igual todos os dias. O ponto positivo são os funcionários, principalmente da Recepção q são prestativos e simpáticos em destaque Ricardo, Bruna e Bernadete.

Size amd cleanliness of room was good but very dated. Old mattress, old pillows, etc. Badly needs a makeover and maintenance of bathroom fixtures. Location was excellent. Fair value for the price we paid but still a little underwhelming for a Pestana property.

Lugnt och fint område runt hotellet. Trevlig personal, mysiga pooler utomhus och inomhus. Kul med gratis padel och tennis. Frukosten var inte någon höjdare. Extrasängen var väldigt dålig. Det var även stopp i handfatet på vårt rum och två av dagarna var vi utan varmvatten.

J ai réservé une chambre supérieure vue sur mer. On nous a donné une grande chambre supérieure au rez de chaussée avec vue sur la benne à poubelles et les travaux de la terrasse en cours. On voyait quand même un peu l océan au loin Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre.. Ils nous ont proposé une suite mais vue sur l entrée de l hôtel. De plus vers 23h le personnel sort les poubelles et ça fait un énorme bruit pendant 10, 15 min. Donc c est pour cela que je mets moyen en appréciation. Si je retourne à Cascais, je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. Trop loin du centre de Cascais quand on ne loue pas de voiture. Et le dîner le soir à 30 euros... Buffet très très moyen...

Hotel bom, quarto espaçoso, recepção gentil. Só fica um pouco distante do centro. Mas fomos de uber sem problema. A pé fica 2,5km.
