Good in many ways, need air conditioning at least in the elevators and dining areas

The staff was excellent. Yaneli at Oyster Bar went out of her way to ensure our dinner experience was great. Miguel, Bryan, Rafael, and Roger and the cooks at Colores were friendly and attentive excellent service. Nayeli at the archery range was excellent as well. She made it fun and safe. Kudos to all the staff they made it a wonderful stay.

Tanto Hotel Azul Ixtapa como su aplicación de Expedia son empresas poco serias que lo último que les interesa son sus clientes. De verdad lamentable y de no volver a usar sus servicios

Lugar agradable solo que tiene pocos accesos había que rodear muchísimo y para mi mamá que no podía caminar tanto se nos dificultó trasladarla a las albercas, playa y restaurantes

Disappointing Stay – Poor Check-In Process and Underwhelming Amenities Unfortunately, our experience at this resort did not meet expectations. The check-in process was frustrating—despite our Expedia booking clearly including our child, we were charged an additional fee upon arrival. There was extensive back-and-forth communication between hotel management and an Expedia representative, but no resolution was provided. Neither party took responsibility for the miscommunication, and we, as guests, were left to absorb the extra cost. The dining experience was also disappointing. The main buffet offered only two or three main dishes with little variety, and the food was often served cold. The only exception was the reservation-only restaurant, which had slightly more variety. However, the service there was extremely slow, and meals were again served cold or after long delays, making it hard to enjoy the experience. The beach was another letdown—strong currents and waves made it unsafe and unenjoyable for swimming or relaxing on the sand. On a positive note, the staff at the restaurants and bars were friendly and attentive, and the evening entertainment with the dancers was a bright spot during our stay. Despite a few highlights, the overall experience was disappointing, and I would not recommend this resort until significant improvements are made.

Muy buen resort, solo que se acumuló ucha gente y hay que hacer fila para el Check In y Check Out. Del resto, bastante bien

Long waiting time before check-in. Lack of maintenance of the installations. Poor quality of food.

Es una muuuy buena opción para hospedarse. Lo recomiendo mucho. Las albercas, la habitación que me asignaron, los restaurantes, las áreas recreativas y la comida estuvieron de maravilla. Si me volvería a hospedar. Solo sugeriría al hotel que agregan por default el internet (se tiene que pagar 150 pesos por día por uso de internet) y es lo que no me gustó debido a que el uso de internet es necesario

El hotel es familiar y buscan siempre ese tipo de convivencia, realmente me gusta vacacionar con mi familia aqui

Staff was wonderful, resort was clean. Food options, especially for kids was very limited.

The property is very clean, food was good, pools were great! My girls had a great time. The only issue i had was that the hallway near my room smelled like drainage.

Las cortinas de la habitación 2110, jamás fueron a cambiarlas, no cerraban y viejas. Las toallas de alberca del hotel sucias y apestosas. Luz la que las daba una grosera. Bajó muchísimo el precio calidad. Fue horrible convivir con gente de Michosca

Mi habitación jamás cambiaron las sábanas durante 4 noches, la señorita Luz en toallas muy grosera, no había variedad en los bufetes y las toallas de la alberca apestaban y te amenazaban que no te las cambiaran solo una vez al día y en mi caso un día las pedí y al otro no fui a cambiarles para el siguiente día o sea 2 días después que no me las cambiaran como CASTIGO, la calidad precio de este hotel mal. A parte hay mucha de gente de Michoacán y estados cerca y son borrachos y muy groseros. Solo el restaurante Terraza de especialidades excelente.
