Clean and close to beach. Beautiful pool, stunning views and friendly staff. The property itself is definitely dated and could use a refresh but for the price and space we’d stay again.

Beautiful location overlooking the beach, close to the town (2km) accessed by boardwalk or bus (bus stop in front of hotel). Clean and comfortable but ready for renovation. 2 minute walk from seemingly endless sandy beach

This was our 6th visit at the same time of year. The hotel is great for what we want from a holiday. The apartments have all you need for a relaxing stay. The weather was ideal and the beach opposite is not crowded at this time of year. Housekeeping was performed daily to a good standard and was not intrusive. Reception staff are lovely, welcoming and helpful. This was the first time our holiday had breakfast included and there was ample supply and regularly topped up of both hot and cold food. The rooms are a good size. The snacks menu is a little limited in choice but the twice we ate in the hotel in the evening, the pasta and toasted sandwiches were good and presented well. The "sex on the beach" cocktails are second to none. The pint of beer was only 4 euros so we found this competitively priced. Looking forward to next year

Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff were super friendly and it was a 3 minute walk to the beach. Although it’s a little far from downtown, an uber is ~€5 and a super easy process. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great view of the Atlantic and pool area from our balcony ! Huge beach with a restaurant just across the street. Reserve an upper floor if you can . Spacious clean rooms . The entire staff was polite and friendly also ! We totally enjoyed our visit !

The hotel staff were fantastic. They were able to answer questions and put on the Champions League Final. They made it a home away from home. Fantastico!

Excellent location. An ok hot breakfast. Parking included. Wow! What a view! 200 m from the ocean and wonderful beach. Also has a great pool with lounge chairs. A perfect spot from which to explore the entire southern coastline. And very important: great mattress on the bed.

Nice location, the beach is right across the street and the short Uber ride to downtown is $6. We booked an ocean view studio and enjoyed the view from the balcony. We got a free bottle of red wine. Since we don’t drink reds, I asked to swap it out for a white or rose or sparkling, but my request was rejected. The room looked different than in the pictures on Expedia. The cabinets were dark instead of white. The kitchenette was old and not good in shape. One door was lose and didn’t close properly. The stove top was super old. We had problems with the power. Every time we made a meal one of the breakers popped and we had to wait a few minutes till we could push it back in. The hotel changed the main breaker, but it didn’t fix the issue. Shower didn’t look like on the pictures. We had an old bathtub that was leaking and water ended up everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet seat had some questionable stains on it which didn’t come off with cleaning, so in this case it would be nice if they had replaced it. We didn’t have the nice lights on the nightstands as in the pictures, but a super bright light bulb, that wasn’t even covered by a shade.

The property was clean and well maintained for its age, The kitchen was stocked adequately for the size of the unit. A coffee maker would have been nice. The breakfast was nice for $14 Euro considering the prices at other restaurants. The staff were all very friendly.

Bra och lung läge vid stranden. Inte kanske det mordernaste hotell men trivsamt och mysigt. God frukost. Underbar säng. Mysig balkong, vy mot stranden och havet. En bit att gå mot Lagos gamla stad, men vi gillar att promenera.

The staff were friendly. The room was big enough. Kitchen was good. 2 minutes walk to the beach. The only problem was that they didn’t change the bed blanket during our stay(we stayed a few days in the hotel).

The staff was delightful, friendly and very helpful. The room was a bit dated and could use some updating but still nice. There is ample parking. The location of the hotel was awesome. I’d stay here again.

This hotel apartment was perfect for what I needed for my month stay. It was a great base for me to work out of and travel around the Algarve. The staff are amazing and check-in was a pleasure. Breakfast was wonderful every day perfectly prepared buffet style. My room came with a small kitchen set up, which had everything I needed to make a simple dinner on the nights. I didn’t wanna go out. Parking is easy. There is a laundromat on site. You are across the street from spectacular beach and Boardwalk. It’s a 50 minute walk to the old town or if you have a car it’s easy to drive there or drive to Marina and park and walk from there. Lagos is a great place to explore. I did a local walking tour that kept me started. I recommend this property.

I checked in on March 2nd and was booked to stay until March 14th, 2026. The staff were most welcoming and I paid for my stay upon arrival. When I entered and looked at the room, I realized it was impossible for me to stay there. The room was dirty, moldy and extremely dated. There was no security on the door as well which was unacceptable as a solo traveler. I immediately went back to the front desk to state I could not stay there for the reasons listed above and that I would like a refund. The manager called the owner 3 times to request my refund and I even offered to pay a one night penalty but refused. Needless to say, I would high recommend not staying at this property. I travel a lot and I have never experienced an issue like this from a hotel property.
