My only complaint was the loudness of the TV in the room next door a couple of times. Mgmt. did ask them to turn it down. I heard it a couple of more times but I wasn’t in the room long enough to complain. Room was wonderfully cleaned each day. No noise at bedtime!

Did not know this place offered rooms for rent but it was a pleasant surprise! I wish it were cooler outside so we could walk on the walking track. It is a beautiful facility and the room was nice.

Great place to stay, workout and rest. The rooms are a dated, but clean, large, dark and quiet. Very happy with the sheets and towels - good quality. We love the workout facilities and try to use them each time. The walk trail is perfect and peaceful too.

This is our favorite place to stay in Dallas – – and oasis in the hustle and bustle with big big city. Love The Cooper.

Comfortable Stay with Great Value and Location I travel frequently and am very particular when it comes to cleanliness, so I’m especially picky about where I stay. The Cooper Hotel Conference and Spa exceeded my expectations in this area—the room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel is in a great location—safe and close to shopping, which added convenience to my stay. Parking was easy, and the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful. The only downside was that the room lighting felt a bit dim and could be improved. There were several amenities I didn’t get to try, but the facilities looked promising. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value overall. Despite the lighting issue, I would highly recommend the Cooper Hotel for travelers who want a clean, spacious, and quiet place to stay in a convenient location.

The front desk lady was very cordial(I did not get the name); unfortunately the room was dusty and there were some small iron(?) pieces close to the window and in the window sill like it has not been vacuumed in a while

The room is impeccable and the bed and bedding are wonderful and luxurious. My only issue with the room was the TV. The remote and the TV didn’t communicate between the 2 properly and when I wanted to cast movies from my phone to the TV screen, the system which is supposedly specifically designed for this, didn’t work at all? I even tried using an alternative which I travel with which is my ROKU. But this requires switching the TV to a different input. And I was able to accomplish the change of input yet the TV has some program within itself, even after I disconnected the cable coming into the TV from the hotels systems, the lower half of the TV screen has a pre-programmed image which comes up over the Roku’s image so using a ROKU wasn’t an option either. I requested maintenance to come evaluate the issue(s). They were stumped and said they would talk with their newer IT people who were in charge of the TV systems and IT and that the hotel was going through hardware changes to their IT systems. Apparently, the work hadn’t been completed or if so, it wasn’t done properly? Either way, I had to settle for what they had available through their limited systems and deal with the slow reacting remote. A small price to pay for the wonderful room experience and the impeccable level of cleanliness. The outdoor pool was very nice but the entire pool was always mapped out in swim lanes for those wanting to swim laps. No area to just simply enjoy being in the pool. Shortage of lanes?

Staying at Cooper is the best!! Reliable, helpful and kind front desk staff- I always feel safe and look forward to returning.
