Palvelu oli hyvää ja aamupalakin maistui. Kaunis talo ja miljöö sen ympärillä puistoineen. Metroasema ja muut palvelut olivat lähellä. Myös Natural History Museum kävelymatkan päässä. Huoneet olivat pienempiä kuin mitä oletimme kuvauksen perusteella ja todella vetoisia. Rappukäytävässä oli outo haju joka pisti nenään. Huoneen siivous oli laadukasta ja tykättiin Ritualsin saippuoista. Eli oikein onnistunut reissu.

Here's what's GREAT about this place: It's beautiful, quaint, near Olympic Centre; the rooms are well-appointed. The elevator works. The rooms are super tiny (less than 1' from end of bed to wall), but it's a big city. I REALLY appreciated meeting Marianna - who kept the beautiful breakfast room incredibly clean and perfectly set up; Harshil who was pleasant and helpful; Veronika - who was consistently gracious and (forgot her name!) the other remarkable front desk attendant. The people who work here are unusually terrific. The breakfast room is bright and sunny and well-stocked. Now what I didn't like: I stayed in Room 16, which has a patio and looked super cute in the photos. But when I got there, I saw that headboard is velveteen and was streaked black with hair grease, grime and filth from numberless previous guests. It was nauseating! Luckily, I travel with Lysol wipes, but it was gross. This should not be in a hotel! Also, the bathroom light is on a sensor, so no matter what time of the night or morning, if it gets triggered, you're in for 10 minutes of being-able-to-do-surgery-brightness, even if you'd like to go back to sleep. There's no way to turn this feature off! And the "vanity" mirror above the sink is the wattage of a child's night light, which is to say "no use at all". Other than those three unfortunate factors, this was an excellent hotel and I will stay there again - in a room with a solid headboard.

A lovely hotel with a nice feature bed. The room was a bit small as the bed was so big, but we had lovely views out to the park. Continental breakfast, would have been nice to have a cooked option too.

Very nice hotel. Good staff and great location for transport. Lots of bars and restaurants. Tube station 5 mins walk.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a hotel. I communicated with them beforehand that I am vegan and gluten free amd they went above and beyond to provide me with an appropriate and delicious breakfast. I communicated beforehand that my son didnt have the ID that they were requesting but we managed to sort it all out via email beforehand. The hotel is beautiful and the room that we stayed in was gorgeous. The hotel is a few minutes ealk away from Earl's Court station and lots of shops. The staff really made the stay fantastic and I'm looking forward to returning!

Amazing hotel and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Suite we stayed in was exceptional and location, wise its great for West London Area. Nevern Square is quiet and it was lovely to sit on the balcony overlooking the park, relaxing. We will be returning again.

For a so called 4 star hotel it was not up to two star standard The hotel needs a serious inspection and investment if it was too be a 4 star hotel so many things that where broken or not fit for service The receptionist who booked us in on friday was polite until we informed her what was wrong with our room she became very arrogant I was not complaining but informing her what was wrong with our room so that i would not be billed for any damage after our stay she did not make any note of the information It is not a hotel i will be using again even though the location was perfect for our stay

The property and room was superb. The staff were extremely understanding very kind generous and campassionate. Had a slight issue with the heating particularly for a large room.The kindness of the people and privacy made it all that exceptional. Would highly recommend it.

Nice little hotel could do with a few touch ups . Our room was noisy in the morning as staff where up and about moving things in the hall way out side our door and talking

Excellent location

Amazing hotel. When you stay here you feel like you are living in a luxury flat in London. One of the most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The bed and the bathroom are fantastic and the front desk people are very kind. Also a great price. This is the second time I’ve stayed and I’ll definitely be back for another.
