Stayed for business so didn’t see much or use amenities really. It’s an older property but clean

Retro hotel that is a Calgary landmark. Has been very well kept through the years. No complaints. Everything you need just a little retro and that’s fine.

The mattresses and pillows Need to be replaced NOW! The mattress was solid with a hard outline, very uncomfortable to say the least. Pillows were not much better! Front desk staff were not accommodating or knowledgeable about restaurant policies, which caused major confusion and forced us to be late for the event we were there to attend,the first morning.The actual restaurant staff were awesome and did everything they could to help us so that the second morning we got to eat and be on time! The rooms are old but clean. Tissues and wash cloths were in short supply?

This is our “pied de terre” in Calgary, perfect for us and our 2 dogs. Lots of green space, good food, pleasant rooms, close to major traffic arteries. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, parking is plentiful.

All good, clean and quiet. A little older fixtires but acceptable for the price.

Outdated hotel with personality. The pool was small (more like a landing patch for the slide). Room had a wet dog smell.
