Our stay at the NH Collection Madrid Abascal was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and valued. Although we experienced an issue with our original room, the team handled it promptly and professionally by upgrading us, which made a huge difference. Their excellent customer service turned what could have been a negative experience into an even better stay. A special thank you to Javier in the restaurant, who provided exceptional service and was always friendly and attentive. We’d also like to recognize Juan Carlos and Alvaro at the front desk for their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help throughout our visit. The hotel is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

They seem a little understaffed, maybe that's why the staff are so disgruntled and grumpy - they acted like I owed them something. Rooms are dated and cleanliness can be improved. I also found out an AC knob thermostat still exists in this day and age. Our room facing the main door is noisy mostly due to traffic. Only thing great is the location of the hotel and a rather pleasant neighbourhood

we only stayed here one night but wished it was longer. it is very close to a metro station and with helpful clear instructions from reception staff we saw a lot of Madrid. leaving early to catch our plane there was complimentary coffee, juice and pastries available if we had wanted. we also had one dinner here which was much better than we had hoped.

clean room, small but has high ceiling so thats something. Good for a short stay. 4 star level hotel. ac was not fully working and then they changed us to a room with better ac, bery helpful staff.

This was a small hotel with pretty architectural details. Our room was on the small side but had a cliset, safe and fridge/bar/snack area. The staff was very nice and the breakdast was good. The breakfast was an extra daily charge above the Expedia price for the room.
