Have stayed there a number of times over the years. It is convenient for me and good price. However, this time the service wasn’t good. The staff were pleasant but were over stretched covering both the kitchen and reception, which meant having to wait for both things. The breakfast was cold despite being kept in the warmers. Didn’t dare taking much scrambled eggs as it wasn’t sufficient.

Good price and away from the touristic areas while allowing to walk there easily

Basic hotel on edge of centre of Santiago. Clean room but no other facilities. Fine for 1 night stay, wouldnt want to stay longer.

Rommet og badet hadde god størrelse, var godt rengjort, hadde god komfort og de nødvendigste fasiliteter; TV (kun spanske kanaler) og WIFI. Det var ingen temperatur regulering, Vinduet kunne åpnes - men dette ga litt trafikkstøy i morgentimene. Frokost er ikke inkludert og heller ikke benyttet pga stor trengsel og støynivå i frokostsalen. Parkering i hotellets garasje er ikke inkludert (8 Euro / natt) og gir utfordringer med å kjøre ned og enda større å kjøre ut igjen. Anbefales IKKE😖😖😖 Alternativet er å parkere på gaten dersom det er noe ledig 🤔🤔🤔 Personalet virket ikke særlig engasjerte, men ga god informasjon Hotellet ligger i et lite interessant område og ca 15 min gåavstand fra gamlebyen. Det finner en også gode restauranter, mens de som ligger nærmere hotellet ikke holdt særlig god kvalitet. Det finnes matvare foretning ca 5 min gåavstand

I love this place and the staff, from the receptionist to the housekeeper. Michelle and her team are professional and friendly. My room was clean every day, and the bed and bathroom were cleaned properly. This place has fridge so its really ideal to stay here for more than 3 days. Amenities They have soap and clean towels just bring conditioner Ask for hot water for your tea if needed. Would have been nicer if they also offered a hot water maker, but the fridge is good enough to keep my drinks, fresh OJ, and yogurt cold. Close to the grocery store and next to a wash and dry place. Yes, Ill stay here again.
