Hotel was nice the only issue I had was the air in our room was barely working room was kinda warm

I didn’t like maid knocking on door at 9 waking me up everything else was great

Enjoyed the evening complimentary drinks and snacks. Nicely decorated lobby. Convenient walk to the coliseum.

The Air Conditioner didn’t work good they tried to fix it but only got it down to 71 so we bought a fan

It was great . The hotel is very different than other hotels . Large and lots of room lol

Happy hour.

Very nice!! We stayed here to go to a concert. Walked right over. Very clean and loved the happy hour !!

Loved the happy hour and the personization of the tv. Also easy to sign in to the smart tv.

Tamarra at check in went over and above to get us the room we had requested. She's so amazing and professional. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. Perfect for us. We will definitely stay here next year on our vacation.

Embassy Suites cancelled my reservation while i was mid flight..about to land in 1 hour in Charleston..i specifically called 3 days prior to note on my reservation i would be flying in and checking in at 10:30 pm UNACCEPTABLE for my booking to be canceled by Embassy Suites with such short notice..reservation was paid in full

Room was great - all the amenities we needed / wanted. Loved the Reception Sunday afternoon. Loved the Breakfast Monday morning. Parking very convenient. Will stay there again.

NO HOT TUB

Check-in with Na-riya was very pleasant. The room however, there was hair in the tub and the paneling on the outside on the floor of the tub was comimg off and water running off the front edge during the shower.

Staff was pleasant. Room was spacious, clean, and modern.
