I stayed in one of the premium suites and while the facilities themselves were absolutely beautiful, the experience was completely overshadowed by the staff’s inflexibility and attitude. For a hotel at this price point, you’d expect a level of warmth, professionalism and basic accommodation for guests simply wanting to enjoy their stay. Instead, every request felt like pulling teeth and there was zero effort to be welcoming or solutions-focused. It’s a real shame, because the property is stunning – but the staff could benefit from remembering that hospitality is meant to feel hospitable.
