El hotel está bien ubicado y el personal es querido. Las instalaciones son un poco viejas pero en general está en buen funcionamiento.

Lovely place to stay, great location with plenty of places to close by to eat. Very clean and comfortable hotel and the staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Quarto com necessidade de reforma nos móveis, com aspecto de velho, sem os equipamentos encontrados em outros da rede Mercure. Pior hotel q conhecemos da rede . Não faz jus à classificação de4 estrelas q tem . Com esforço , 3 ! A única coisa positiva é sua localização .

Zentrale Lage

Nice hotel which I found really quiet at night. A good location for getting the Airport Bus and walking to the hotel. Everywhere worth seeing in central Madrid is walkable from the hotel. And what a beautiful city it is. Whilst the royal palace is the main attraction and well worth booking a tour round, the city itself is really enjoyable to wander around looking at the lovely buildings that are beautifully painted with decorative art and spend time in the many gorgeous plazas. The only downside of this location is the hill you have to walk up to reach the city centre, but if you're fit it's not a problem!

Please note my stay was moved by the hotel to the Hilton, as there was a maintenance issue at the Mercure. Staff handled this efficiently and with excellent communication

Tudo de acordo, muito organizado e limpo. Equipe gentil e solicita! Muito bem localizado para fazer as coisas a pé.

Chambre basique (mobilier un peu usé, chouette sdb), mais très bien situé à la proximité des magnifiques musées et plusieurs restaurants. Les arrêts de bus (aéroport et autres directions) sont à quelques minutes à pied. Petit déjeuner varié avec des fruits fraîchement coupées.

Equipe gentil. Quarto muito bom só que pequeno

Localization, breakfast and practicity

Equipe perfeita. Atenciosa, educada, fazendo de tudo para ajudar e ser agradável. Hotel bem localizado, perto do Prado e em área agradável e de fácil acesso ao centro e a estação de trem de Atocha. Quarto limpo e de bom tamanho. Café da manhã de ótima qualidade. O único problema é an internet que não acessa direito nos quartos, apesar de todas tentativas da equipe do hotel em melhorar o sinal.

O hotel tem bom quarto, muito boa cama, localização e atenção da equipe. Café da manhã é bem completo.
