It really needs an update, it’s very out dated, smells awful and there’s dips as you wake to the rooms in the hallways

Overall- Good. I didn’t like the fact that there was no buffet breakfast dining. Our room keys kept not working (4 times). Staff was nice.

Close to I -45 which facilitated our needs. The front desk evening manager was so kind and helpful. Can’t say enough about Anna.

Very clean, but very disappointing there wasn’t any breakfast, except for $$.

My room keys deactivated daily. I was on the second floor and every time the guests Annie me on the third floor walked around I could hear them stomping.

I had a great stay at there. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. For the price I paid it was worth.

Most Holiday Inn hotels provide free breakfast. This one reported they have made to order breakfast. No. The breakfast was the same stuff you get for free at other places but put on a plate fast and brought to your table for 14 dollars a plate. Not even warm.

Was a great hotel with great staff. Only downside was the AC didn’t keep the room cool enough.

The property was excellent but the breakfast was very poor. Small selection and poorly prepared as well as overpriced.

Had an issue at the house and needed a place to stay. Had driven by it for years. What a great place. Staff was very friendly rooms were clean. Will recommend it to our out of Towners

Het hotel ligt aan een drukke snelweg en er is op loopafstand vrijwel niets in de omgeving. De kamer en het ontbijt waren prima en we werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Dus voor een overnachting is het oké maar een langer verblijf zou voor ons geen optie zijn. De luchthaven is op ongeveer 20 minuten rijden. Gemakkelijk parkeren.

The hotel room was beautiful. The staff were excellent. Not happy with Expedia as i booked with breakfast for 2, but hotel told me it wasn't booked. Seco d time this has happened with Expedia. Not happy.

When we arrived on Thursday, the woman at the desk, appeared to take pleasure in the fact that she could tell people that there were no rooms available at check-in. The water fountains did not work and the exterior doors did not work. Thursday night there were chicken bones and chicken wings all over the floor in the lobby. The water fountain in the gym didn’t work either. It was a bad experience for our group.
