It was very clean and nice as they are updating the facility.

No public bathrooms on first floor.

BREAKFAST IS GOOD, FRONT DESK NICE PEAPLE ALL PERSONAL, VERY CLEAN HOTEL AND ROOM

Stay was okay . There was construction going on and was not aware of it until check in . During check in they charged card an extra 100 dollars for incidentals which I was not aware of or ever had . I have had hotels swipe the card for that but not put a charge on and in seven business days hopefully it comes off ?

Efficient check in

It is dated but clean The morning buffet flat out SUCKED. Felt more like a hotel 6 than Holiday Inn (Plant City)

The hotel is very clean and nice. The check-in process was easy. Staff is friendly Parking is convenient across the street from a lot of fast food options. Only drawback is that there is $100 incidental per stay I only stayed one night and had to leave the $100 deposit

I was surprised that it was a Holiday Inn in this condition. Apparently it’s an older one and I wasn’t impressed. We booked a king size room got a room with two queen size beds. They even booked us under the wrong name, but the manager on Duty in the morning, made it all right, so that was a good point

Very good service in all respects

It looked like an old hotel trying to fix things up. When we booked it said it said it was exceptional. Far from it.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good wifi, easy parking, good shower water pressure, room temperature stable and A/C not loud; good (free) breakfast - pancakes, omelets, sausage, and hash for got stuff, fresh cinnamon rolls, fruit, yogurt, bagels, juice that tasted like juice and wasn't watered down; overall good value

Windows were extremely dirty washing dryer didn’t work in the elevator takes five minutes to go just one floor

Only downside was that we requested a king and got two queens.
