Very clean and tidy hotel, the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. Excellent choice of restaurants on site and although the location is not in the port it was perfect for a relaxing time away. 10/10 👌

We had a nice holiday but have definitely stayed in better 4 star hotels. There should definitely be a shuttle service to the marina as taxis are extortionate if you don’t have a car. The way the grounds / restaurants / bars are designed could be improved. More casual places to eat and drink during the day are needed. Disappointing we were told when booking we’d have access to la reserve and then being told on the day we didn’t. Also advised late checkout looked possible for the next day and then 12 hours later being told no!

We stayed at SO/ Sotogrande Spa & Golf Resort for our 10-year anniversary and it exceeded expectations. The team made us feel so special with a handwritten note, champagne and fruit in our room, and even upgraded us. The room was beautiful, with a bathtub by a large window and a spacious terrace for sunbathing. The facilities were fantastic for both adults and children. Our son loved the kids’ pool with inflatables and the free kids’ club, he couldn’t wait to go each day. The staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. My husband had a golf lesson, which he thoroughly enjoyed and learned so much from. The spa was amazing, and we loved that kids are welcome in the mornings. Our son really enjoyed it, while we treated ourselves to a couples hammam, massage, and a salt flotation experience, all incredibly relaxing. The gym was well-equipped and I joined a great Pilates class. The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and great care taken with our son’s dairy intolerance. Overall, a truly special stay, we’d definitely return.

Själva hotellet är vackert och charmigt. Personalen var väldigt trevlig och rummen fräscha och bekväma. Vi var dock på Spa-helg och Spat var en besvikelse. Pool-delen kändes som ett allmänt badhus, bubbelpool och bubbelbädd var knappt varma och den varma källan var ur funktion. Torrbastun var dock fin och behandlingarna bra. Det fanns även mycket fina utomhusmiljöer på hotellet/i spat så tror kanske upplevelsen blir ännu lite bättre när det är lite varmare utomhus. Frukosten var ok.

Lovely rooms, really friendly and helpful staff, great food and a lovely bar. Plus onsite golf and a fabulous spa. Highly recommend.

Excelente hotel. Las habitaciones de muy buen tamaño y cómodas. El servicio de 10! Las opciones para comer muy variado y delicioso. No pudimos utilizar las demás amenidades como spa y la alberca pero está muy completo. Lo recomiendo.

Man sollte auf jeden Fall gute Englisch oder Spanischkenntnisse haben wenn man in diesem Hotel eincheckt, da alles ausschließlich in diesen Sprachen ist (menükarten, Golf…) Es ist ein sehr ruhiges und exklusives Hotel

Worth every penny! The staff is genuinely interested in making your stay the most satisfying. Very friendly, caring, speak both Spanish and English very well, responsive, helpful and just great kind people. The rooms are spacious, super clean, have everything you need there. Attention to details is very tangible. The territory of the hotel is taken care of, the facilities are well maintained with modern design, everything makes you feel very welcome. All the restaurants and food are on the high level! Great quality, service and vibe. Definitely will come back
