Very friendly and helpful staff!

Spændende butikker i nærheden, venligt personale, nær metro og restauranter og caféer. Pænt og rent værelse og en behagelig seng. Morgenmaden kunne være bedre.

Butik nära, massor av restauranger i området. Personalen var jättetrevliga och hjälpsamma. Frukosten var ganska trist.

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable bed, clean and we even had two bathrooms! Staff were super friendly.

The nearest bakery was good. It was also nice that it was only a 1-2 minute walk from the station. The room is small and there is no refrigerator. The shower room is so small that it is difficult to move, and the hair dryer was useless. Also, the closet doors and the hangers were broken.

The location is perfect and it’s very nice place to relax.

I come back here every time I’m in Paris. The location is ideal for me (2 minutes from the Metro), great value, comfortable room - and also good air conditioning.

Avevo bisogno di andare a riposare presto, e mi hanno cambiato la stanza. Invece di un secondo piano su strada mi ganno dato un sesto piano su giardino. Isolamento totale e riposo ottimo. Come sempre lo staff è gentile ed efficiente.

- photos on hotels.com and real experience, vastly different. Hotel undergoing renovation, the photos I guess are of the renovated rooms - I didn't get one of those! Rooms very tired and dated. - poor sound insulation, you hear a lot of door slamming, chair scraping etc. - It was clean! - Staff were friendly

El staff que atiende en hotel es maravilloso, amables, considerado y atento a tus necesidades, nos hicieron vivir una experiencia en Paris extraordinaria. El hotel bonito, limpio y bien ubicado a corta distancia de metro y bus, a corta distancia hay super mercados, droguerías y panaderías. Sin duda un lugar para volver y recomendar. Gracias Faga y Eugene por sus atenciones y su calidad humana!!!

A very simple hotel in the Bastille. Our room was clean and served our needs. The metro was right at the end of the street and there were a lot of shops and places to eat. It's absolutely fine for the price you pay. Staff was super friendly.

Good hotel, great spot in Paris, the relaxed 11th arr, metro and busses at hand, restaurants and supermarkets.

Motel vibes, definitely not a 3 star hotel... Whole lobby under renovation, wasn't informed of it when I booked, only got a message a few days before checking in, mentioning some minor renovation in the reception area. This hotel claims to be a 3 star hotel, and got nothing remotely close to it. Rooms are very basic, old, and actually in need for a make over too. No complimentary water was offered. On our first night we couldn't sleep as there was some terrible noise coming from the ventilation in bathroom all night. This room should never be offered to any guest!!! We were offered another room the next day with a better setting but still in need of renovation and styling (plastic chair, very sad woodden cupboard in bathroom, only basic liquid soap and no little extras in bathroom). On a positive note, Stephane at reception was very professional and helpful.
