Very friendly staff , good food and continental breakfast .

When we arrived at the room, the floor was dirty and covered in hair. There was no liquid soap in the showers, only empty shampoo and soap bottles. The towels were very worn and old. The beds were neatly made, and the sheets were clean.

The hotel is in a good location, but it is dated. Several details such as the paint, door frames, and elevators show noticeable signs of wear. The room also felt old and would benefit from updated furniture. On the positive side, the sheets were always clean, and the towels were clean as well, though they were clearly older. The bathroom was consistently well maintained. With some renovations and better overall upkeep, the hotel could be much better. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options and fresh products.

The staff at the lobby were friendly. Breakfasts were not very varied, but everyone could find something to their liking. The room was small but clean. The ceramic tiles on the floor made it easy to keep clean. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were very small and quite outdated. It was difficult to open the door and use the toilet comfortably. The appearance of the bathroom unfortunately spoils the overall impression of the hotel.

The hotel is in need of updates. The air conditioning barely worked. The bathroom was tiny. Towels were thin. The area is littered with homeless people. I wouldn't stay here again.

Hotel muito bem localizado no coração de Buenos Aires, facilitando os deslocamentos! Pontos positivos: Equipe atenciosa e educada; bom café da manhã; quarto espaçoso; cama e travisseiros confortáveis; toalhas de banho novas; Tv, frigobar e ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente; bar e restaurante. Pontos Negativos: Acústica ruim, pois é possível ouvir conversas e descargas dos quartos ao lado; descarga do sanitário com defeito (disparando muito água); cofre com a tranca estourada.

Excelente custo benefício. O Hotel não é novo, mas está ok. Tudo limpo e em boas condições de uso. Café da manha muito bom.

O hotel precisa de uma reforma. Muito velho. Banheiro apertado, com banheira, bidê e cortina no chuveiro. No quarto a cortina e o blecaute não se movimentam direito. A acústica do meu quarto, virado para a rua era péssima. Janelas sem proteção acústica e com maçanetas quebradas. Internet bem média e móveis quebrados. Não disponibilizaram nem água no frigobar.

El servicio del personal muy bueno. Reserve una habitación superior, pero cuando la vi era una que estaba en muy mala condicicon. Pregunte y me dijeron que la suite ejecutiva era.la mejor me cambie a esta. El detalle es que el hotel necesita muchas mejoras fisicas y modernización de los baños. Hay paredes en los que estan despegandose y se ven atravez de esta el cemento caido. Pero el personal es inigualable muy bueno.

Boa localização, café da manhã e bem saboroso e variado, exceto o suco de laranja é artificial e ruim. Fui colocada primeiro num quarto que o ar condicionado hão funcionava. Tive que trocar de quarto. O banheiro molha todo ao tomar banho Fora isso, é um excelente hotel, camas confortaveis , bonito e com otima estrutura. Voltaria a me hospedar lá.

Ótima localizacao!! Próximo ao Obelisco e a Calle Glorida e região de comércio. Hotel silencioso com ótimo café da manhã e equipe de funcionários muito educados. Próximo aos melhores tangos da região!!! Vale a pena se hospedar.

O hotel está bem localizado, funcionários muito atenciosos, mas o hotel precisaria passar por uma boa reforma. Banheiros antigos, paredes mal pintadas, aspecto bem ultrapassado.
