The reception staff were friendly, welcoming and hellpful. Special mention to Greta and Jiovanna. Breakfast was delicious and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful as well.

L’hotel è carino, si trova in pieno centro città, a 150 metri della stazione ferroviaria. La stanza era piccola ma molto gradevole. La colazione era basica ma sufficiente.

Situato al centro, facile spostarsi nei dintorni c’è tutto dai ristoranti alla farmacia. Hotel uno tra i più convenienti della città. Colazione ricca. Unica pecca, l’aria condizionata pur avendo richiesto assistenza non riscaldava la stanza a sufficienza essendo freddolosa , ho avuto freddo la notte e non c’era una coperta nell’armadio. Per il resto se dovessi ritornare a Rapallo ritornerei sicuramente

We stayed two nights at Hotel Cavour in Florence and had a very pleasant experience overall. The building itself exudes classic Italian elegance, and the hotel’s modern, stylish interiors impressed us. From the reception to our room, everything was thoughtfully designed with tasteful furniture and décor. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a warm, inviting bathroom that added to our comfort. The location was fantastic—right in the city center, making it easy to explore Florence’s main attractions on foot. While we were very happy with the hotel and would recommend it, there was one downside: the parking situation. Hotel.com let hotels list that they have ”parking available”, which we assumed meant a private parking spot at the hotel. Instead, we were directed to use street parking or a nearby garage, costing us €30 per day. This was disappointing and felt misleading, especially since other hotels we’ve chosen with parking included onsite, free options. Listing parking as “available” when it simply means directing guests to expensive external garages feels unfair. Aside from this issue, Hotel Cavour is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay in Florence. If parking is not a concern for you, it’s an excellent choice!

Staff molto accogliente e gentile. Hotel datato con camera e bagno molto piccoli, ma puliti. Colazione sufficiente senza pretese.

Struttura con camere un po' datate, ma pulita e accogliente e soprattutto in posizione centralissima. Molto gentile il personale della reception. Colazione abbastanza varia, ma da organizzare un po' meglio. Sicuramente da tenere in considerazione per passare qualche giorno a Rapallo e visitare i paesi vicini.

Chambre un peu plus vielle que la photo. Lit pas très confortable mais bien. Pas de couette épaisse mais très correcte pour le prix. Excellente localisation ! Personnel sympa !

Situato molto bene al centro della città a due passi dal parcheggio (a pagamento). Molto soddisfatti e possiamo solo che raccomandarlo ai prossimi ospiti.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, close to the sea and shops, restaurants. Definitely recommend!!
