I booked on Expedia and received a receipt & confirmation, but the hotel did not have the reservation. Not sure what the issue was but we ended up going elsewhere and are now trying to get reimbursed for room cost. Also, parking is very limited here so be aware if you have an RV or trailer. Otherwise, the lobby was clean and the staff were nice & tried to help.

Pool wasn't available coming or going. Toilet didn't work in room. Went to bathroom down the hall. Didn't get the room we reserved. Now I know why there was no refund policy. No one would stay.

Room smells like smoke. Cockroach no phone.no wake up calls. Dirty

The only good thing about our stay was the owner. Asked for washcloths and got hand towels to wash with no smoke detector was told no pets but booked pet friendly. Was way overcharged but owner took care of that issue. No lightbulbs in bathroom,holes in wall and ceiling.

Woke up the next morning with bed bug bites all over are bodies and the management just shrugged it off and wont refund us are money or even apologize so i wouldnt recommend staying here

Pool was not available during first stay or returning stay. Now i know why it was nonrefundable. It was a dump with poor service. Toilet was clogged. Left my watch during first stay. Called to say I'd pick it up during return and it disappeared. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Friendly staff, convenient location, perfect room for what we needed

Front desk service was good. Wish that there were USB ports for charging. Pool was closed, but public pool made up for it. Breakfast was decent, but wish there was more variety. Overall, good.

Decent older hotel. Staff was friendly and things were fairly clean. We did have 2 smallwr issues- fridge wasn't cooling, even after trying to adjust temperature and tv wasn't automatically connected to cable so no tv. If it had been a earlier in day we would have asked for help on those issues but we were too sleepy to care much. Breakfast ws good.

Front desk clerk was amazing. Rooms were ok for a one night stay while traveling.

Do not stay here if you’re a single female. Check out is at 11am and at 1015am someone was pounding on my door and opened my door with a key card. I was standing in the room just out of the shower when they opened my door thank goodness I had the security lock locked. When I spoke to the owner he told me that he didn’t know who would have done that and check out was at 11am. I have never in my life felt violated and scared!

No elevator with 2nd floor room and several items. Desk person did offer to help carry which was nice. I declined. Got to my room and hallway reeked of cigarettes. Took two tries to get in. Inside door handle fell off as I entered. I couldn’t get out. Called the front desk multiple times letting it ring and ring. No answer and finally would disconnect. This was room phone. Tried calling hotel number from cell phone. Same result. Tried to get on WiFi with username and password given to me. It appears it was no longer working. Finally was able to shove the handle on backwards and get out of room. Took my stuff out and left. Nice staff that didn’t seem surprised when I came back and said I was leaving.

The blankets had stains on them, and my room had cockroahes, this place was nasty you guys need to take it off expedia

Advertised a pool and crib and neither were available to use.

All around great place to stay

Me and my boyfriend booked a jacuzzi room. We had issues with our key card not working but the issue was quickly resolved. The room was not what we expected at all, there was ALOT of wear and tear, very outdated.. the tv didn’t work the whole stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The staff were very rude, especially the manager. She refused to refund our room even though the smoke detector went off all night, the tv didn’t work, there was no hot water, the juice machine didn’t work, and it was so scary that my husband had to sleep with his gun. When I called the manager she tried denying all of the problems even though the front desk staff said they had multiple complaints. The manager even hung up on me when I tried to complain. She said she didn’t care and that she didn’t have to refund me and then hung up.Horrible hotel!!!

I was booked for three nights. I was originally given a room that was already occupied. So, I had to get a different room. The second room was supposed to be non-smoking but it had a distinct cigarette odor. Also, the TVs (I had a suite with 2 TV's) were not hooked up. I had to hook up one myself. The remotes did not work. I got one remote replaced that finally worked. In the bathroom, the metal frame surrounding the lights in the ceiling was hanging down. Which I felt could be a safety hazard if it came completely off and fell.

There was mold in the bathroom around the toilet and the shower. Roaches everywhere, deadbolt didn’t lock, and a hole drilled in the door that wasn’t fully covered. I think the hole was where the peephole for you to look out was drilled on the wrong end of the door and turned around. They stuffed a piece of tissue paper in there but didn’t fill the whole. I noticed the hole in the door immediately. It was awful. Breakfast I didn’t even touch because if there were that many roaches in my room, I’m sure they were in the kitchen. So left my room early and didn’t eat breakfast. When I awoke, I put my glasses on and immediately noticed the roaches on the console the tv was on. They didn’t even run and I even took pictures of them crawling around. I felt Very uncomfortable and unsafe in this room and with the location.
