Nice property friendly staff!

Terrible smell in the hallways and inside the rooms, old and dirty carpet, old dated hotel. Old bathrooms. Damp carpet, extremely overpriced. It was the worst part of my family trip. I didn’t dreaded going back to the hotel, tried to stay out as long as possible.

Could not connect to Wifi. Couldn’t get into room with keys. Staff had to come up several times to open room door. TV was hard to start. Cable box seemed not to respond promptly. Toilet rim had rust stains. No complementary coffee. Not interested in making coffee in a room with powdered milk. Carpet freshener is quite strong. Beds were comfortable

We loved this place. The people working were incredibly friendly. The pool was warm. The beds were super comfy. Room was huge. Loved the jacuzzi bath. Only thing was that the bar shut at 9pm on a Friday night!

we liked how easy it was to find. Didn't like that the handicap button for the door didn't always work.

This hotel had unique architecture inside the lobby. Check-in was great, and personnel was friendly.Our stay was only for one night and we had everything we needed. The hotel was conveniently located.

Great location, room was very clean and staff were exceptional! Hotel could definitely stand to be updated. Workout room and pool area could definitely need an overhaul. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

Will definitely stay again.

Clean, quiet and safe place. The food is good.

Bathroom lights did not work. This was rectified. Could not get the coffee maker to work. Should have more electrical outlets for computer, chargers etc Wouldbe nice if breakfast was included.

Good location and easy access to the highway and GOTL, but this hotel is looking tired and dated. My bathroom had issues with mold, fans and ventilation all over the property were filthy. My room had peeling paint on the walls and windows have obviously not been cleaned in years. The restaurant was only open 4 to 9.

Room was very clean, bathroom was very spacious, dining options within walking distance, and accessible parking.

The bathroom light burned out in the middle of the night and we use the bathroom in the night. The coffee machine cord was not easily accessible, we had to move the fridge to plug in the coffee maker.

Our stay was comfortable and secure but his property is well overdue for an overhaul. It id okay if budget is what matters the most.

Jacuzzi tub and shower in the king room and beautiful remodeled lobby.

Very quiet place.

Only there for one night. Check in was easy and parking was in front of the hotel. It’s close to major routes.
