Nice stay, rooms are a little dated, but clean, comfortable, and in a fairly good area near Napoli Centrale train station. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Convenient and clean inside, the outside areas not belonging to to hotel are unkept and that is your view.

Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber,. Das Problem ist das Frühstück, die speisen Auswahl ist Hauptsächlich auf Kuchen ausgelegt. Der Kaffee ist... Furchtbar das können sogar die Amis besser und das will was heißen. Abendessen im Restaurant kann ich nicht beurteilen. Sollte ich nochmal nach Neapel kommen. Ist das sicher nicht meine erste Wahl. Sorry.

Muy bien , el barrio que es la estación central de Nápoles es muy sucio y mucho tráfico pero el hotel mantiene su calidad

The staff was amazing, I request another night stay and remain in our room. They were very accommodating and made sure that they ensured we were happy. The restaurant staff were professional, courteous and very accommodating. The breakfast and dinner were very tasteful and well prepared. Cannot emphasize enough on the restaurant staff a five star feeling.

The property was one if thr best hotels I have stayed in while visiting the Venice area of Italy. The breakfast has lots of options from sweets to fruits to meats and cheeses. Along with coffee and juices. The room was nice and spacious with all regular ammenities. The location is across from the train station and a bus stop. That leads to some noise and cigarett butts nearby which is the 1 downside. However once you walk in the hotel you can block the bad out and enjoy some good sleep and food.
