Excelente atenciones limpieza y riquísimo el bufet Recomendada ampliamente

El hotel está muy cómodo, su área de playa es preciosa y muy limpia. Alberca super limpia. El servicio en general es lento, pero fuera de eso se disfrutó la estadía

Me encantó el hotel, es la 1ra vez que fuimos y la pasamos increíble, desde la habitación hasta la comida y servicio. Muy padre las actividades que organiza el staff, comida rica y personal atento y amable.

We got to the hotel and we tried to do an early check in and the room was not available. They said no problem, we process everything and we were told that we can use all the hotel amenities. We were told come back and your room will be ready, I mentioned the Gold Status in Expedia and was given with a great welcome! An upgrade to Ocean View, Wine with glasses, music in the room (from the TV, and for me it was an excellent touch) late check and none whatsoever pressure to buy any timeshare! The hotel sits in front of the beach, alongside with being able to go from resort to resort, there are many establishments near by that we took advantage. The buffet was good. We went to the pool on Saturday and were greeted by Blanquita! Awesome energy as we did water aerobics! Jose Raul from the buffet place was very attentive all our stay. Of course we were told that if we needed anything to let them know and was given the list of events and the specialty restaurants. It was a great place in which we certainly will come back again! This was our second time staying here. Oh, got the all inclusive and comes with room service, which we did not take advantage as we had activities planned with another group in another place that they were staying.

La habitación limpia, pero la regadera se tapaba, el personal nos abrió la puerta nosotros adentro dijimos q íbamos abrir y mal íbamos a la puerta ya estaban adentro, cucarachas en el pasillo, “ Ahhh pero si cobran” una mancha en una toalla, el desayuno bueno pero muy pocas opciones

Falta variedad en menú , muy pocos plásticos y snacks

Camas muy cómodas, cocina muy bien equipada, la alberca es excelente.

Room was clean. Cleaning staff excellent. Maintenance staff very efficient. The kitchen had all things necessary to cook if you chose to… we only used the fridge and microwave, Full size fridge was nice. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We chose the all inclusive option but would do European or breakfast plan on next visit,

La verdad, es un hotel que sí se disfruta muchísimo. La comida está deliciosa y lo mejor es que cada día hay cosas diferentes, así que no te aburres de lo mismo. Las habitaciones están súper cómodas, amplias y bien a gusto para descansar. Y lo mejor de todo es que está frente al mar… despertarte con esa vista y el sonido de las olas está increíble. Sin duda, un lugar perfecto para relajarte, comer rico y pasarla súper bien.

Room was good but we paid for junior and received a studio again so it’s always disappointing that we get down graded. Front desk staff are always amazing. The cleaning staff do such an amazing job.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly, and always working on something. Cleaning, pruning, doing touch up work. I was really impressed with the upkeep of the facility. The complex is small, which made everything accessible. Highly recommend. We will be back !

This is mine & my husbands 2nd time here ! We absolutely love Luna palace, it’s in a perfect location with many great places to eat In walking distance & stores close for your convenience. The pool & beach are spectacular. We are definitely the youngest ones here when we come (35) but love how calm & quiet it is & have made many friends while we have stayed. Rooms are always clean & everyone is so friendly. We will definitely be back in the near future to enjoy another vacation in beautiful Mazatlan.

Room and resort was spotless, staff were courteous. We had an electrical issue and the blender wasn’t working, the front desk staff attended to us immediately, fixed it and provided us with a new blender. The only issue we had were people putting towels on beds early for the day with very few people using them. They were even securing beds on the beach as well as by the pool. Why?! They can only occupy one bed at a time!! Fortunately we were able to get beds at the beach every day.
