Pros: Room was very comfortable and clean. Despite being next to a major highway, we had no issues with noise from traffic or otherwise and we’re able to get a great night sleep. Close (by car) to downtown Napa. Nearby grocery stores and shopping. Good buffet. Cons: It is right off of a main highway, nestled in the parking lot of a strip mall so ambience is what you can expect. The pool and hot tub were pretty dirty.

Room was nice. Room very noisy. We were on the first floor and could hear the second floor people.

Everything is close. We love this place.

Our issue was with the door keys… the key needed 5-20 inserts to open the door & 2 times we could not get in our the room 😱😱 Complained to staff…. Didn’t help 😒

Great location. Close to the venue we were going to, downtown and the restaurants and wineries we wanted to visit.

The toilet chain kept coming off. Otherwise okay.

The description did not match this property. It is not a boutique hotel, it’s a standard hotel (all rooms open to the parking lot) and it is not downtown, but close to it. The price was very high for a hotel in this condition with no extra amenities. The staff were GREAT!
