Very nice hotel near the city park with wellness facilities. Breakfast contains a lot of choices. Service was completely fine.

Hotellissa on isot yleistilat, ravintola on siisti ja aamiainen monipuolista. Parkkipaikkoja löytyy runsaasti ja vieressä on iso puisto.

I had a comfortable stay! The only thing was that the door in my room was not closing easily

No chair for the shower which also had a big step, bathroom generally a bit narrow. Otherwise pretty good

Everything was wonderful except we were staying for four nights and I needed to do laundry. I have a single laundry machine on the seventh floor that is your typical European combined washer dryer and they operate horribly. I’m not sure why they call them eco-friendly after approximately 3 1/2 hours and still soaking wet clothes, I had to go find a local laundromat to dry my clothes. Very inconvenient.

Buen hotel, atencion, limpieza correcta. Habitacion tipo suite amplia con cocina y gran pantalla tv. desayuno suficiente en gran sala.

Oikein hyvä majoitus, ei mitään moitittavaa. Hyvä aamupala, siisti huone ja asiakaspalvelu loistavaa. Plussaa että vaikka huone ei ollut vielä valmis, sai tavarat jättää hotellille. Kävin myös hotelilla olevalla Micha Beauty:lla hieronnassa, loistava ja osaava henkilökunta!

Great hotel and staff

Great place to relax and unwind when in Riga . It lies in the middle of a big park and is strategically located on tram lines 1 and 5 which is a short ride from downtown and Central Station. The staff are very friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to help. They are all fluent in English. I highly recommend this hotel.

We got our room earlier than supposed. The staff were mostly nicer than what seems to be the standard (?!?) in Latvias customerserviceculture (customerservice in any other, for example, shop or groserystore was awful, absolutely awful, no smile or greeting at all and eyerolling going on a lot, people seem annoyed and even angry at shops). Breakfast was good. Very good location if you want to travel with public transfer. This was our second stay at hotel, and we could think about coming back, because of the good things (price, location).

Good hotel, no problems. Easy and quick access to Old Town and Central with trolley.
