I had a great time in the Heights and Downtown. Great location. Friendly staff.

The bath tub was draining slowly No breakfast the first day because door was locked during the hours, second day breakfast was nothing, only a loaf of bread, jelly, butter and coffee. (No cream) TV was blank most of the time Stood outside at night to check in, scary. Air conditioned working good

was nice about fixing my check in date

Check-in was quick and friendly staff. Was missing a toilet roll holder and front desk was able to find a replacement real quick. Only major complaint was that the shower tub would not drain quickly and would plug up filling up the tub rather quickly.

Firstly, the service person commented that the check-in could not be done because the hotel was busy and then he commented that with an additional payment everything could be solved. It was disgusting to have such bad service and I just turned away for another hotel. Hotels just accept a claim before the check-in date so I had to lose my money.

Low budget basic hotel. If you are traveling and just need a place sleep and you dont care about extravagances of hotels then this is a good choice.

I would stay here again

From checking in to the hotel to checking out. We had trouble checking in because the server didn’t believe it was us. The tv didn’t work, the remote didn’t have a back work, nor did it work, the light didn’t work, the bathroom lock was broken, couldn’t close the door, the shower barely had hot water, the blow dryer was broken, they tried to make us check out when we had two days paid for, the housekeeping walked in on us. Also, they would not give us a receipt upon leaving.

Spend a little more and stay somewhere nicer.
