Rooms need upgrade and overall look from the outside

The room was very clean (which is always my #1 priority), very good service from the staff, good restaurant (although no pizza!) good breakfast. Hard to find some reason to complain.

It’s an ok hotel for a couple nights

Hotel dotato di ampi spazi comuni. Camere grandi e ben attrezzate. Uno sfarzo un po’ kitsch ma piacevole.

The hotel was beautiful and the room luxurious and clean.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was fine, but not great. I would stay here again.

Staff very helpful. Room was nice. AC about like AC in most of Europe. Great bar. Don’t even think about driving to the royal palace. The star will arrange a cab.

Gorgeously appointed Baroque design outside and in. Collection of Italian Borone ceramics throughout the hotel.

They had a money exchange, they did not. You never answered the phone when you call about changing the air conditioning. It was way too hot in the room. The whole stay and the transparency, and they list on their page is not what they provide.

It was fine, make sure your down for breakfast early as they start to clear up and turn machines off 30mins before the end

Grand hôtel proche de autoroute mais aussi de la reggia . Super piscine extérieur. Parking . Sécuritaire et pratique. Idéal pour visiter caserta et Naples si vous avez l’auto.

Stuttura ampia e pulita, anche se avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione in certi posti. Piscina suggestiva. Il ristorante bello e con un'ottima cucina. Le stanze sono grandi e confortevoli. Sicuramente un'esperienza positiva.
