Un point nègatif sur de l'eau chaude pour la douche après 10h du matin et une explication claire sur le type de boissons avec le ticket lorsque nous ne faisions pas faire le menage. Sinon exellent Hotel, l'acceuil et le service sont exellent.

The hotel is great as is the location, but some members of staff need better customer service! Despite advising them 2 times that we couldn’t check in until the morning after our reservation we were made to feel like we we causing them a problem when we arrived ‘late’. One of the days there was no hot water and our coffee machine was kaput!

O hotel tem quatros muito espaçosos e confortáveis. O atendimento é bom, mas apresenta falhas. Uma característica que não gostei: pedem um cartão de crédito como garantia, mas na hora do check out não entregam o recibo de seu consumo no hotel. Então não sei se a cobrança confere com os gastos que realizei.

The room was very spacious an clean. The bed was super confortable. The shower was absolutely lovely. You got to use the shower. I would love one at home like this. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that could be better is a tea kettle rather being on a table then in a shelf. Very hard to work in there and the steam will bend the shelf after time. But I absolutely loved my stay.

Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit Ausblick, doch überraschenderweise wurde ich in eine Suite hochgestuft. Die Suite war geräumig, elegant eingerichtet und bot einen fantastischen Blick über die Stadt. Eine angenehme Überraschung, die meinen Aufenthalt im NH Collection Köln besonders gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!
