Excelente el desayuno. El personal muy desvinculado de los turistas y uno en especial no daba soluciones de estacionamiento.no recomendable para parejas, si para viajes de trabajo

Not so great, tired rooms, terrible parking availability, broken soap dispensers in the shower over a damaged bath, enamel damaged (not a small amount either), no coffee facilities in the room, the surrounding area is less than salubrious.

Excellent hotel

Great location. The parking is well worth it for $10 eu per day. Its secure and you can access it 24/7. The apartment was very spacious and fits 4 people very comfortably. Full kitchen and spacious living room.

Cómodas las habitaciones. Difícil conseguir parking (dicen que hay pero estaba lleno, tuvimos que dejarlo en otro lugar y nos costó 25 euros la noche). El desayuno carísimo (12 euros x persona). El resto bien.

It’s right in the centre of the city

Staff was great, room was big and clean but it desperately needs to be remodeled.

Habitación con olor a humo, los pasillos con olor a humo. No me pudieron generar la factura a momento y el recepcionista era encima un poco de mala pipa. El parking un desastre, parece de alguna película de terror y la puerta de salida rota sin poder abrirse. No recomiendo este establecimiento y no volveré.

Junior suite muy acogedora

Immer wieder. Freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr familienfreundlich. Danke.

I liked that it was an apartment and it had enough space for my whole family. I wish there was a pool.

Very spacious apartment, very comfortable beds and clean. The apartment has good accommodation such kitchen , dishwasher , washer and most of everything if you need to prep a light meal .The hotel is surrounded by everything you need , excellent market , restaurants, cafe and much more. The hotel was 21KM from center city Barcelona so you will need a car to make your way around. Good breakfast as well

The staff was amazing! They helped us get our parking spot secured & explained directions well. The water pressure was awesome & water got hot fast! Beds were comfy, we could control the temperature in the room. The only downfall was our shower head holder was broken- we had quite a wet bathroom.

Reservé esta habitación con mis hijos. Escogí pago en el hotel a mi llegada y una semana antes de mi llegada decidieron cargarme ya en la cuenta. A mi llegada me volvieron a pedir el pago argumentando que el anterior fué devuelto. Dos semanas después y tras varios emails todavía no he recuperado mi dinero. Sistema de trabajo complejo, fastidioso y abusivo. El hotel no está mal, su gestión nefasta. Evidentemente a evitar.
